Cons:

The labels on the shower and bathroom door seem to be backwards (push when it should be pull etc), and the room got too hot in the mornings and i couldn't get the thermostat to work.

地理位置优越，出行购物都很方便。酒店硬件设施出色；客房服务及时，值班经理解决问题态度优秀、反应迅速，能力很强。

Cons:

早餐厅在客流高峰期明显人手不足，服务员应对高峰经验不足。门口客人排队混乱，个别素质不高的客人借口“有人已经来了”“我们打包个早餐就走”，直接溜进餐厅找座位，对外面排队等候的客人非常不公平。服务员一脸焦躁，在餐厅里各种小跑，完全不像五星级酒店训练有素的员工面对高压情境该有的反应。

the hotel was very clean and modern. Next door was a shopping mall

Cons:

very pricey. As a muslim, not many food options. The shopping mall was high end so mostly expensive things. Not many english speaking staff
