Great hotel spoiled by the uncompetence of its staff and unresponsiveness to my messages

Cons:

I was charged for extra rooms that I did not book because of a mistake of the reception and I am not able to contact the hotel properly to solve this issue. They don't reply to my messages.

It serves good and decent breakfast. Staff were good and friendly. HAVE A GOOD ENVIRONMENT AND SURROUNDING

Pros:

Location is convenient - close to the bridge leading to major tourist attractions, as well as the CBD on this side of the river. Room is comfortable except that the beds are a bit too soft.

Cons:

Breakfast is included but variety is a bit less. Tables were not cleaned quickly after being used.
