La amabilidad del personal, muy bien ambientado y limpio. Los desayunos fueron muy agradables y las chicas que nos atendieron excepcionales. Muy buenas compañías con las que gestionan los tours
Climatización del suelo parecía no funcionar, por nevadas no pudimos salir, el TV no es smart TV así que solo quedaba ver la TV local, nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, iluminación del baño tenía problemas con el apagador, el secador de cabello y la iluminación de ambientación también, imposible usar el baño turco por baja presión y rociador de la ducha principal con problemas de botes y orificios obstruidos . También el techo solía desmoronarse un poco
The breakfast was good; however, it would be even better if fresh juice and a greater variety of choices were offered. I also appreciated that mineral water and fruits were always available in our room
The beddings were prepared only for one person. The bathroom was quite narrow, and water tended to flow across the floor. It would also be nice to have a full-length mirror for checking one’s overall appearance.
L'esperienza a Goreme è stata meravigliosa anche grazie all'hotel che è caratteristico e a Mustafa che è stato gentilissimo e ha soddisfatto ogni nostro desiderio. E non La stanza era grande, con tutti i confort e pulitissima. La colazione ricchissima sia dolce che salata con tantissima scelta. In più c'è una fantastica terrazza da cui poter godere dell'alba con la vista sulle mongolfiere che sorvolano la città e del tramonto con la vista su tutta la città.il giorno
The Hira Cave Hotel is truly a top spot for watching the sunrise and hot air balloons!
I searched for a long time, and here the price-performance ratio and location are just perfect. It’s slightly up on a hill, which gives you a beautiful, unobstructed view without other terraces in front.
The room was very cozy (we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer). The breakfast was fantastic – the freshly made menemen was a real highlight!
Thanks to the friendly and attentive team – we’d come back anytime!

Мы отмечали день рождения моей подруги, и этот отель был лучшим, что могло с нами случиться! Сотрудники отнеслись к моей просьбе сделать что-то приятное для подруги с невероятной ответственностью, и заказали авторский торт и безалкогольное шампанское для завтрака! Подруга была в восторге. Ну и конечно на рассвете нас ждал самый захватывающий вид на шары, это было прекрасно до слез. У отеля очень удачная терраса для наблюдения. Номер был идеальным, просторным и с ванной. Помимо этого, сотрудники радушно помогали нам с организацией соло-поездок по туристическим местам, так как мы искали себе частного водителя. А еще с полетом на шаре - для этого к нам в отель даже привезли представителя агентства, чтобы сделать максимально комфортно для нас. Пишу этот отзыв с опозданием, но очень благодарна этим людям за всю доброту и помощь!!!

Me dedico al turismo y he tenido la oportunidad de viajar mucho, hospedarme en distintos lugares e incluso gestiono personalmente una pousada en Búzios (RJ). Aun así, rara vez me he sentido tan bien atendido como en Hira Cave Hotel. Mis felicitaciones para todo el equipo.
Todo el personal fue simplemente maravilloso. La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca del centro y con vistas increíbles de la ciudad. La relación costo–beneficio es realmente inmejorable. Una de las estadías más placenteras que he tenido, y no hablo solo de Turquía, sino de mis viajes en general.
Recomiendo este lugar sin dudarlo y espero volver.
