Comfortable and clean stay
Pros:

The room had great aesthetics and was very clean and comfortable, we were even upgraded to a bigger room which we really appreciated

We stayed in off season in November, so breakfast was decent though slightly limited

Pros:

Très bien place, les piscines et la plage privé rien à dire !!!

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites (pas la place d'ouvrir deux valises en même temps), le restaurant et le petit dejeuner sont pas terribles.

Posizione molto centrale e zona piscina molto bella

Cons:

Parcheggio molto difficoltoso per via di una salita/discesa molto ripida e stretta.
Personale poco accogliente e qualificato.
Colazione poco variegata e nei primi orari di apertura con poca scelta

Pros:

Posizione incantevole al limitare di Saranda (a circa 10 minuti di passeggiata dal lungomare) con piccola spiaggia privata e piscina molto scenografica.

Cons:

Basterebbe levare la parola “luxury” dal nome dell’hotel per rispecchiare la realtà. Bell’hotel, nuovo, ma con tante, tante cose da migliorare. Non sono pignola ma…La camera: due ganci in più in bagno sarebbero utili per appendere asciugamani e vestiti, non si sapeva dove metterli. La doccia, bellissima ma progettata male, allagava tutto il bagno. Le “free toiletries” menzionate nella prenotazione consistevano in due spazzolini da denti (bastava non scrivere niente!) Sul balcone mancava un qualunque posto dove appendere i costumi bagnati ad asciugare (la ringhiera era di vetro e le poltroncine di vimini, in bagno come detto mancavano i ganci quindi li dovevamo appendere in camera insieme ai vestiti). Staff: un paio di impiegate infastidite dalla sola presenza di clienti. Gli altri carini e gentili ma chiaramente non erano stati formati e improvvisavano un po’. Spiaggia: essendo privata poteva essere un po’ più pulita, mozziconi di sigaretta tra le sdraio, lettini un po’ sporchi, asciugamani pure. Colazione buona e abbondante ma ci volevano 30 minuti dall’orario di apertura prima che fosse tutto disponibile. Tanto vale posticipare l’orario di inizio, no? Ultima cosa, a bordo piscina musica assordante dalla tarda mattinata in poi…troppo alto il volume. Se è un hotel per ragazzini in vacanza di gruppo allora presumo il prezzo sia troppo alto, perché non ce ne erano, e agli altri (coppie e adulti di varia età )non interessano ore e ore di musica a palla!

Amazing
Pros:

Such a beautiful luxury hotel amazing view and everything is great.the sea view from the room is just mind blowing can watch the cruise and the boats from the balcony it’s just so stunning.their service is so great and very well mannered staffs.

Cons:

The bed is made of concrete and it’s very sharp I literally scratched my legs so bad.they should do something to make the sides smooth.

Amazing! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than here
Pros:

I would not stay anywhere else, this hotel was amazing! Marco was extremely accommodating and kind, he went out his way to make sure we were comfortable. The receptionists… Caroline and Helena was lovely! All the boys who served us to was kind and quick! The bar tender: Daniel… makes the best cocktails! And is very lovely! We left to stay at a different hotel for one night, but ended up returning as nothing was like this hotel. We will be back, and staying here every time.

Pros:

mooie accommodatie en plaats genoeg om te liggen ( het was wel buiten het hoogseizoen ) , vriendelijke personeel zowel voor de bediening als het onthaal
