located on a quiet road, nice 20-30 minute walk to whitetown and the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit
- staff was friendly
Property doesnt accept card payment, so we had to pay full amount in cash even though booking.com indicated that cash isnt even accepted.
- Upon entering our room, it looked big and comfy.
However, looking closely, there was dust everywhere and the bed & pillows had small BUGS crawling all over. We talked to the staff who gave us another room, which had a cleaner bed, but there was dirt and dead insects on the floor. In both rooms, the towels didnt seem very well cleaned, the cups for drinking also looked like they hadnt been washed in many months(sticky, dust collecting)
- Both rooms we tried were on the ground floor, next to the lobby (all other rooms were fully booked), therefore it was noisy in the morning, when the staff in the lobby was talking, but especially unacceptable was the staff members SLEEPING ON THE LOBBY FLOOR at night, just meters away from our door, PLAYING MUSIC on their phone til PAST 2 AM
You guys have such nicely built rooms in a quiet location,
Yet it is being ruined by noisy staff, and a lack of cleaning and attention to the condition of the property.
