Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham

On several occasions no one was at the desk. We had issues with the keypad and couldn’t find anyone at the desk to help get us back into the room. Terrible parking in front of the hotel. The free breakfast was one of the reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was not worth it. We ate out.

It was overall good they need bigger mirrors in the room and maybe a microwave

It was a beautiful stay! The rooms could be a little bigger or maybe my mistake on booking but I thought it was beautiful and not too far from places.

Pool area needs TLC daily it was very dirty. Too many mosquitoes unable to enjoy premises. Breakfast needs improvement.

I enjoyed my stay. It was not crowded, or loud. Most persons were friendly.

1. The hotel environment is BEAUTIFUL. Loved the pool.

Things I didnt enjoy...
1. Staff came very early in the morning to clean, so there was a loud banging on the door in the morning. Also, if you requested for them to come later, they never did.
2. To enter the room, there is a key pad. This key pad didnt work half the time and eventually we requested a key to get in.
3. The room has no microwave. We got food from outside and couldn't reheat it. When we asked the front desk to access one, we were not allowed to use it.
4. No wash cloths. Limited number of towels.
5. Bed was uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel with a nice small pool and pool bar. Staff was friendly and made check in and check out quick and easy. Love that they didn’t have extra fees like most hotels. Although the rooms are small they are super cute. I recommend maybe opening window to release humidity after showers since it’s a small room it can feel very humid for hours. Our room didn’t get serviced daily, only once or twice during our stay. Maybe we had to request it. I would prob recommend the hotel adding longer mirrors in rooms as it was a bit difficult for me to get ready in the room. I’m pretty short and the only mirror in the room was the one above the sink. Parking is also very limited especially in the evenings. But again, they do offer free parking so nothing major to complain about. Over all it is a very nice hotel and the staff were nice and friendly.
