We had a few things broken in our room the toilet paper was off the wall on the back of the toilet the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work as well as one of the lights in the bathroom. And there was another thing under the counter in the room that was broken off the wall but I don’t know what that was for

Weird driveway entrance

Ok so although I did love the hotel itself we definitely had some issues. I will start by saying we have stayed in dozens of hotels throughout the years and this one unfortunately was the noisiest one ever. I mean you could hear the people on the floor above us taking a shower and it gets worse. I would say there might have been maybe 10 other guests in a hotel with hundreds of rooms. Someone made the decision to give another guest the room right above us and they were LOUD ! And when I say loud I mean they were stomping around after 9:00 at night it sounded like they were riding a skateboard across the room. In my opinion just poor design of the rooms when you build a hotel you need to keep in mind the sound dampening of said rooms and to me this was not done properly, also why would you install hardwood floors they should have put carpet in to dampen noise. The hotel staff should have had the knowledge to stagger rooms if there were that few guests. The front desk person said we could move rooms I’m sorry but no we shouldn’t have to do that they should have made the people above us move rooms. They were nice enough to call the room and tell them they had a noise complaint and it did quiet down, but the morning of checkout at 7am it was like a heard of buffalo above our heads. In closing if you want to stay here definitely request a room on the top floor you won’t regret it unless you like to be woken up by loud noises. Also no microwave in the room kind of a bummer 😞

The driveway

My bf and I both stayed here after traveling all day and didn’t want to continue driving home we both took cold showers the water did not get warm at all it was terrible. Also the lady at the front desk was supposed to check his rewards for a better price since he is a loyalty member and she never did.

The floors were so thin you could hear people walking

The walls are paper thin. You can hear anything next room over which I did not like at all. The rooms are extremely small. I felt like I was staying at a motel was the kind of ambiance it gave me,which made me question the safety.
