The room was nice. Breakfast was great. Very clean and well maintained

Cons:

Hit and miss on getting room serviced. Price was a lot more than a motel that provides same basic needs i want on vacation. Didn't have need for gym or pool. Breakfast was equivalent to other places I've stayed with slight problems with room but a fairer price. Beds are too hard. They gave us a parting gift of a "travel straw" otherwise known as a piece of 1/4" tubing. $50 per night security charge that wasn't factored into price of room on booking. Just felt i could've saved a lot of money and gotten the same experience

Whenever my family and I return to Destin, Fl, we will definitely stay at this property again!
Pros:

This experience was one of the best experiences! Normally my family and I stay at Marriott properties because we have never had a bad experience with those properties in our over 30 years of traveling. But, since this was such a short vacation , we elected to stay at this particular property, especially after reading the reviews and the price. Let me tell you, all of my expectations were met! This property actually exceeded my expectations from the time my family and I entered. JM was very welcoming &warm. He was so inviting. Winwin and Queenie were just as warm upon our checkout process.
The rooms were clean and pristine. The breakfast was so delicious with great options available!! My family and I loved everything! And mind you, we are very picky about hotel stays .
