Lujo, calidez y cercanía
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, las piezas espaciosas y el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación en la Condesa hace la diferencia: desde el Hotel pudimos caminar a casi la mayoría de nuestros destinos y a lo más lejano, podíamos llegar en metro, ya que la estación Sevilla (Línea 1) estaba a solo algunas cuadras.

Cons:

El gran punto bajo del hotel fue el desayuno. La carta de desayuno era reducida en comparación a la del restaurant Maleza (que es parte del hotel), e incluso las porciones dejaban en claro la diferencia entre huéspedes y clientes del restaurant.

Ese tema es un poco desmotivante tomando en cuenta lo notorio de la situación y el alto precio del hotel. Habitualmente los hoteles que integran restaurantes en sus instalaciones ven eso como un plus para sus huéspedes, integrando cartas con el desayuno y mezclando opciones.

Un último tema es el aseo en las piezas, el cual sin ser deficiente, tal vez no es profundo. Sumo a eso que no se reponía el papel higiénico ni el jabón cuando se acababan.

A solid choice of a hotel
Pros:

The hotel is small with a boutique feel. Our room number 8 was quiet with an outdoor seating area. This was hard to use as we were in Mexico City in February which is winter time. There was unfortunately no chair in the room itself. The room is heated by a split which is high up on the wall and took a while to heat up the room and you had to use a high fan. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rain shower head was totally delightful in a large shower with lots of room for toiletries at the sink. The bathroom was not heated though. The breakfast was adequate with three choices that did not change for the 4 days we were there. There is a charming bar and the restaurant served lunch and dinner as well. We had dinner there one night and it was very good. The location is relatively quiet and the position good for walking in the Condesa area. The area was safe and with many good restaurants to walk to as well as lovely parks.

Cons:

It is cold in the hallways and restaurant in the winter. No chair in the room itself. You reach the upper floor by an outside courtyard and staircase which if it is raining can be a bit wet.

Location of the hotel and size of the room were great great, pleasant staff at restaurant and hotel

Cons:

We had one of the larger rooms on the ground floor, it was extremely dark and cold...felt like you were in a cave. The window was left open ahead of our arrival to help with the humidity smell in the bathroom, which caused for the bathroom to be filled with mosquitos. There were dead mosquito carcasses all over the bathroom ceiling along with new ones that entered into the room. Strong humidity smell in the bathroom/room as well.

Muy bonito y de lindo diseño, pero sencillo
Pros:

El diseño del alojamiento, la tranquilidad del lugar, la ubicación en un barrio tranquilo pero lleno de cafés, restaurantes, etc. El desayuno es en el café/restaurante de abajo, sencillo pero está bien.

Cons:

Es bastante acotado en servicios, sólo es un lugar muy agradable para ir a dormir. Para llegar a las habitaciones hay que subir hasta dos escaleras y podrían tener a alguien que te ayude con las maletas.
