Posizionato all'interno della Medina. Se esci dall'hotel trovi le bancherelle classiche del Senegal. Molto particolari

Boutique family owned/run hotel and we would stay there again.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room, facilities including spa, the food were all great. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed talking with all the staff who are a credit to Joy, the owner.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Séjour paisible dans un quartier vivant qui permet aux touristes d’être au contact des Kaolackois !
Pros:

Tout, l’infrastructure hôtelière est au top, le personnel très professionnel. C’est pour moi le meilleur hôtel de Kaolack. Le personnel est à votre service !

Cons:

Rien de particulier, je crois avoir tout aimé .

So underwhelmed about this hotel especially given the relative price and reviews.
Pros:

The 24h reception for our very late check in, the manager's kindness and discount on the phone, and the fact they take wave.

Cons:

The room did not seem to have been cleaned recently, with dust especially in the kitchen. Mirror wasn't clean. Towels just for one. No welcome water. Stained pillow covers and towels. The shower completely overflooded the bathroom. No comms on time for breakfast etc. Key didn't work.

The restaurant at the top (and the rest of the hotel) was VERY hot and A/C wasn't working. Stale bread and potatoes that felt soaked in oil from the day before for breakfast.

I've had so much better service in simpler and less pretentious hotels/lodges.It feels if you want to brand as a high end hotel you have to step up your service and facilities.
