Paradijselijke locatie
Pros:

Na een zware klim met de e-bike beland in dit paradijs, Utopia zijn naam waardig. Super fijne locatie met veel aandacht voor decoratie gemaakt met eenvoudige natuurlijke materialen.
Het zwembad is groot maar koud en perfect voor aquagym. Prijs kwaliteit zeer goed. Veilige fietsstalling. Ik kom graag nog eens terug.

Cons:

Er zijn prachtige lampjes maar geen stopcontacten aan het bed, ik vond wel een verlengkabel.
De wc knop bleef ingedrukt en daardoor bleef het water stromen dus zeer lekker bad genomen maar met verstorend geluid. De receptioniste heeft het opgelost maar kende wel het probleem. Ik zou aanraden om reizigers met zware bagage even te helpen op de trap naar verdieping 1.

Cons:

Unterkunft ist in meinen Augen kein Hotel sondern eher ein Hostel das sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Zimmer waren sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und etwas dreckig.
Das Frühstück von dem viel Gutes berichtet wurde war ebenfalls minimalistisch.
Wer auf der Durchreise ist bzw. Geld sparen will und Lust auf Hostel Feeling hat kann hier eine Nacht bleiben. Für Urlauber nicht geeignet. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr kalt und heruntergekommen.

Comfortable and homely.
Pros:

Clean lovely aesthetic throughout. Fantastic breakfast. Easy to walk everywhere. Only a 30 minute walk or 4 min drive to Arrifina. My favourite part was the big beautiful cat that lives there and the poodle dog that comes in the morning. So much to do in the area - surf, run/hike, horse riding, mountain bike. Lovely homely vibe for a big hotelat Utopia.

Eine pfiffige und nachhaltige Ausgestaltung, ein hilfsbereites internationales Team mit viel Sachkunde und ein Frühstück mit vielen frischen regionalen und biologischen Produkten. Dazu offene und interessierte Gäste und eine Ausstattung, die auf Schnickschnack verzichtet.

Good hotel in an ugly village
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed comfy, the staff friendly and the AC had plenty power to make the room warm and cozy. The breakfast is very simple but fresh and for the 50€ I paid simply a great bonus.

Cons:

The room layout isn't great. I had only one outlet on the opposite wall of the bed. The room is way too big for white walls a s only the bed and a tiny desk. And the switch for the lights above the bed can't be reached when laying in bed.
The bathroom is even stranger. Feels like everything was stuffed into it, making it really tight. With this setup it feels like you jump straight into the bidet when exiting the shower. I feel less would have been way more here (or at least a better layout was needed)
Overall nothing major, but it doesn't feel thought through.
The village though is really unpleasant. Worst place along the entire Fisherman's Trail for me. Feels like a construction site, the next supermarket was 20 minutes on foot (one way), because the close one is being renovated (I think that was the reason) and there were so many angry dogs barking non stop.
If you can find a hostel at/by the beach, if not I can still totally recommend the hotel if you need to stop in Arrifana.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang,gute Lage,Restaurants in der Nähe,sind nach unserer Wanderung am Fisherman's trail mit Uber zum Strand gefahren..
