We rented the presidential suite and I highly recommend that. The view is gorgeous.
I would say that the mail attendant at the reception needs better training on how to talk to people. He did not make us feel welcome on our first day.
Great location right on the beach.
Overpriced. Uncomfortably hard beds, and asking for help from the staff got us nowhere (sorry, can't help). No food included, and the restaurant downstairs is good but pretty pricey. Unstable wifi.
The hotel is beachfront and just a five-minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas.
After my reservation was confirmed, I contacted the property to ask whether the rooms were quiet and explained that I would cancel if the hotel was in a busy area, as many reviews mentioned excessive noise, which contradicted the hotel’s description.
The property confirmed that they would provide us with a quiet room. However, there was a bar with extremely loud music and intoxicated guests until 1:00 AM. We requested a room change via WhatsApp but were ignored, and there was no one available at the reception.
The following day, we informed hotel management that we wanted to leave and requested a refund, which they initially confirmed. Despite this, they later refused to issue the refund. It took an excessive amount of time to receive our money back—including for the nights we did not stay—because they claimed the reservation was made through Booking.com.
We ultimately had to spend hours on the phone with Booking.com to recover our refund.
This is a tramp. Extremely overpriced. No value for money at all. Internet not working. super simple, no proper amenities, there was mot even shampoo provided, the room for 270 dollars had one small window towards the noisy street. It feels more like a hostal.

Stunning views. VERY CLEAN !! and front desk rep Juan was attentive, informative and very pleasant. A for sure must stay location if you are in the area. Also, a great on site restaurant and another amazing one next door.
Very clean, very friendly staff. Adjoining restaurant was excellent, thankfully, as we had almost all meals there. Limited options close by without taking a cab. Beds were very comfortable. Loved watching the surfers, being right on the beach and being able to swim in the ocean.
Had no idea the pool was so small. Hard to tell from photos online, but it’s really more of a plunge pool. However, it had cool water in it, so provided welcome relief from the heat.

I was very disappointed that the deluxe room I had reserved was unavailable when we went to check in. Was told it was because of the storm and the AC didn’t work, but then the downgraded room they gave us needed the AC to be fixed too, which was fixed in 5m in and was fine. It was a very special weekend for us, and wanted the beautiful balcony. Would’ve rather have kept the original. Disappointing.
Comfortable ocean view room and a small pool to refresh in. It’s located right on the beach. It has an independent restaurant within space which is convenient. Expansive beach walks possible.
Not walkable location to city, shops. However short uber rides possible. Need a car to get around.
The rooms were large, clean and loved the view.
There is highway construction between San Jose and the hotel. We shuttled and used uber. I would not want to drive it myself.

This was beyond any doubt the worst, least friendly, poorest run hotel we have ever stayed at in Cabo, or just about anywhere else for that matter. The air conditioning was not functioning but the ac remote did change channels on the TV - at least that was amusing. By morning it sounded like parts were falling off internally. We told the clerk about the AC but he couldn't care less. We literally were the only guests in the hotel and he could have easily gotten us into a room with AC. It was 90 degrees that day and about that much humidity. My wife walked by an open utility closet and saw a fan. She asked if she could use it for 20 minutes as she was getting ready in the morning. The clerk said "no. It's being used..." it was unplugged and certainly not being used. There was much more that went wrong, but you can get the gist that this is not a place we would recommend to our worst enemy.

Very nice place. Right off the beach. A few restaurants are next to the hotel at walking distance. Staff was attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
Love my view from my room
I loved my stay at Cabo Break Hotel! The best hotel experience to date. The ocean front views, friendly and helpful staff, the location and the restaurants downstairs. Everything was wonderful and I’ll highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends visiting Cabo. 10/10 experience, 5 stars!!!! Juan at the front desk was the best and Rafael at the restaurant was so kind. Can’t wait to come back!
I really wanted to love this place. While the location is amazing - the music from the beach car park and restaurant across the highway made it impossible to sleep before 2am. I’d asked for a room change at 8pm as the music started ramping up - but was denied. I was finally given a quieter room at 1215am. The final straw was having staff barge into my room from 2 sets of doors at 730am as the manager hadn’t let them know of the room change. Disappointing
