Decentish location in Korea town… lots of storage space
Nosy as hell.. if you like sleep don’t stay here… all doors in building only close by being slammed… it’s a constant barrage all hours of the day… beds are like rock had to buy a mattress topper for my stay the tile floor would be softer… there is nothing high class about this place… room was in complete disrepair… there was zero kitchen stuff zero not even a plate… rooms do not match pictures avoid at all costs… there are way better options around as same price point… stayed 35 days only got room cleaned 5 times… holes in the walls, terrible layout, tiny plastic sofa that barely fits one there is zero upkeep in this place… if this was last place available in hcmc I would sleep outside
The worst appartment I have ever been in
There was nothing good
Quiet a nice little apartment building. The loft was spacious and had a big balcony reachable through a small door.
The AC was so filthy. The filters were cleaned on request but it was still moldy inside and outside.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive whenever I have any issues. The apartment is fully equipped, making it perfect for a long-term stay. A small bonus is that there are 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
it would be great to have more kitchen utensils, such as scissors, tongs, and a larger knife. There are also not enough bowls and plates. Additionally, the hotel should reconsider the placement of the air conditioner’s outdoor unit.

We had to walk down a steep incline to the elevator with all our bags
The apartment was quite gross, very dirty. When I arrive I had a dead cockroach on the table, there was a flooding, cup was dirty and the sink had disgusting mold. I was moved to another apartment which honestly didn’t feel much cleaner. Once when arriving to the apartment I had 2 motorbikes blocking my entrance.
The first time I tried to book these apartments, the owner had guaranteed it to me and then signed it somebody else.
Don’t recommend. There are lovely apartments right next to these called the Royal Landpark- highly recommend.

I didn't know the loft was the rooftop room. I'm 6'1 and got my head hit the ceiling multiple times.

The way to go to the elevator, it’s quite slip.
