Close to the beach
Pros:

The hotel is located near the beach and near quite a few cafes and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The manager is very nice and efficient. It's a real bonus that her English is very good.

Cons:

Our room was a bit small, but it had a nice big bed.

La suite n est en réalité pas une suite mais une simple chambre avec une baignoire au milieu
La propreté est plus que douteuse
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas
Il n'y a pas de plage privée comme indiqué dans l annonce
C'est très bruyant avec un va et vient continu
Pas de service de laundry, ni de location de scooter
Le prix affiché sur booking est supérieur au prix appliqué sur place
Suspicion de vol dans notre chambre, mais sans preuve nous n avons rien pu faire....

Good stay for a week.
Pros:

Great walkable location. Staff was friendly and were available for any questions or assistance. Felt safe and was quiet on the most part.
They replenished towels, water and coffee everyday. They got us a rental scooter and airport transportation. They also provided a pillow mattress topper, for a softer bed.
Yes I would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing.
The only thing is they are a block from the public broadcast speakers that start at 5:30 in the morning for an hour and broadcast intermittently. Not their fault, but gets irritating for a peaceful rest. The town should reevaluate this practice.

I had an excellent holiday in CON DAO and very comfortable hotel to stay in.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. Good position. The beache is nearby. Behind the hotel is CON SON RESTAURANT with delicious cuisines and bargains.
The owner of the hotel is very helpful .
I am very strong to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Cons:

In Booking.com, this hotel said they have private beach, but not true. It is front beach, not private.

Curățenie,se putea mai bine nu excelează,la plecare când am făcut plata am vrut sa plătesc cu cardul dar au spus că o să încaseze 4% comision la plățile cu cardul.Nu scrie nicăieri că trebuie să plătesc în plus la plata cu cardul,și nu mi se pare corect să fiu taxat in plus.

Bardzo polecam ten hotel!
Pros:

Hotel jest nowy a pokój duży bez zapachu wilgoci. Do wyboru klimatyzacja lub wiatrak. Bardzo ładne meble. Luksusem jest jacuzzi w pokoju. Niedaleko od hotelu można wypożyczyć rower (100.000 za dzień). Bardzo polecam plażę przy więzieniu, piękna ale warto mieć ze sobą przekąski. A jeśli chcesz mieć blisko na plaży do baru gdzie możesz kupić napój lub pizzę to wpisz w Google maps Bar200 a pokieruje Cię na plażę blisko hotelu gdzie będziesz miał to wszystko. Gdy wrócisz z plaży możesz opłukać z piasku stopy przed wejściem do hotelu. Bardzo blisko od hotelu jest jadłodajnia Susu i mały sklepik gdzie możesz kupić podstawowe produkty. Każdego wieczoru w centrum miasteczka jest food market gdzie można jeść pyszne jedzenie, a w dzień zaraz obok otwarty jest targ gdzie możesz kupić: owoce i warzywa, wyroby piekarskie takie jak: biszkopt, pączki, bułki a także artykuły domowe takie jak: wietnamskie flitry do kawy, tradycyjne łyżeczki do zupy czy pałeczki.
A jak się dostać z lotniska do hotelu: wystarczy że wyjdziesz na zewnątrz i zapytasz kogokolwiek o pokazanie gdzie jest bus-van, za 50.000vnd do hotelu. Zostaniesz pokierowany do kierowcy któremu płacisz tą kwotę za przejazd pod wskazany adres. Razem z Tobą będą jechać inni pasażerowie.
Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła i serdeczna. Można rozmawiać po angielsku lub z pomocą translatora.
Dla osób które lubią wędkować: w sklepiku przy rondo z zegarem możesz kupić wszystko co potrzebujesz żeby skompletować swój sprzęt do różnych typów wędkowania, za małe pieniądze.
Za zakwaterowanie można płacić kartą. W centrum miasteczka są bankomaty. Jeśli wrócę na Con Dao to na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu pomimo że początek nie zaczął się dobrze...

...Po check-in, gdy weszłam do pokoju od razu sprawdziłam pościel. Niestety była brudna po poprzednich gościach. Sprawdziłam to od razu, bo zauważyłam że nie zmienianie pościeli to niestety częsta praktyka domów gościnnych i hoteli. Zgłosiłam to na recepcji i od razu pościel została zmieniona.
Nie chcę zachorować na świerzbowca czy inną chorobę skóry ani spać na kogoś wydzielinach z nosa wytartych w poduszkę.

It's located centrally in con dao , meaning easy access to the beach and all the surrounding amenities.
The hotel is very clean and the room smelled cleanliness .
The lady in the reception is very helpful and attentive.
