Cons:

Мы попали на период дождя и ночью чуть дуба не дали, было так холодно, что на след день болело говло и пришлось пить противовирусное. С окна сильно задувало.
Дверь не с 1 раза закрывалась, а у друзей вечно пищала эта дверь, тк плотно не закрывалась и начинало раздрожать это.
Кровать была огромной, но оч твёрдый. 2 ночи крутилась и думала о том, когда уже отъезд.

Pros:

Hotel is okay, but it’s not a place where I would come back. Room is pretty. Breakfast was okay, some possibilities for you to eat. On the rooftop you have small swimming pool, but no staff there.

Cons:

Air con is working strange, even tho you can set temperature it’s always too hot or too cold. Bed pillows are terribly hard so it will ruin your sleep. After check-out we asked staff to leave the baggage and they agreed. Once we came back, our luggages were just in the corner near the doors sitting. Nobody watching it, so that was not too smart to put those there, but nevermind.

Muy bien ubicado, desde el mismo hotel nos gestionaron el alquiler de una moto y la gestión del transporte hacia Hanoi.
El desayuno, sencillo pero bueno, los buffet suelen ser preferentemente orientales.

Pokój był duży, czysty miał niesamowity widok na Zatokę. Z perspektywy czasu uważam, że nocleg w Halong w ogóle nie ma sensu, lepiej skorzystać z rejsu z noclegiem i jechać dalej. Miasto samo się sobie ma niewiele do zaoferowania

Hotel znajduje się pośród niczego. Najbliższa okolica to w zasadzie martwe miasto i puste budynki. Na 2 noce, dwukrotnie mieliśmy problem z ciepłą wodą w pokoju na 10 piętrze. Pierwszego wieczoru hydraulik naprawił wodę i leciała letnia. Drugiego dnia kolejny raz woda była zimna, hydraulik naprawiał ją przez godzinę i finalnie znowu była ciepła tylko przez chwilę. Zmieniliśmy wieczorem pokój i obsługa przygotowała talerzyk z owocami w ramach przeprosin co doceniam, natomiast przy dwóch noclegach nie miało to już większego znaczenia. Woda w basenie na dachu jest zimna i przestrzeń koło basenu nie była do końca czysta. Dodatkowo śniadania pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Pierwszego dnia mini szwedzki stół, jeśli nie jesz mięsa zostaje Ci grzanka z dżemem. Drugiego dnia, śniadanie było z karty i na zdjęciu zostawiam co było w karcie i co finalnie przyszło na talerzu. Z czystym sumieniem stwierdzam, że można poszukać lepszego zakwaterowania

Pros:

Многоэтажный отель, с клевыми видами. Чистые номера в стиле тяжелый люкс), два больших панорамных окна, есть аренда байков. Завтраки достойные, плотные. Также хорошее месторасположение, в пешой доступности все что нужно. Есть бассейн под открым небом и спа за доп плату.

Cons:

Слышна музыка с клуба на пляже, но некритично, можно закрыть окна.

Wunderschöner Panoramablick aus dem Zimmer mit Meerblick

Cons:

Leider war am Strand eine riesige Anlage aufgebaut die bis in die Morgenstunden das ganze Stadtviertel mit lauter Tecnomusik beschallte, trotz ca. 1km Entfernung spürte man direkt die Bässe im Bett.

Wow! Where to start?
This hotel wowed upon arrival with its sleek design and beautiful decor.... then there was the view (i upgraded to a Halong Bay View) and i spent hours just staring at this incredible bay.
The room was large and modern, very clean and lots of amenities. We ordered a fair bit of room service and the food was fantastic and so cheap!!! 😋

The rooftop pool was sensational too, overlooking the bay and i watched the sunset, drink in hand on more than one occasion. I also treated myself to a massage and my nails, which were great! And again prices were brilliant!

But... as my stay went on i soon realised that beyond all these incredible points of this hotel it was the team that made it! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they got to know us like family. The hotel manager was just as fabulous and friendly always ensuring we were well looked after.

I got back this morning and I'm already missing this place like crazy! Be sure to book you won't be disappointed!!
