Das Hotel erfüllte alle Erwartungen an ein Stadthotel, es ist familiär, zentral gelegen und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr nett und wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt :)
The breakfast was adequate. The cleaning product smell used in the breakfast room was overwhelming. The lady who was there was very helpful. The room itself was very adequate although not very clean.
Although the location was convenient, we were unable to sleep because of the constant road noise all night long.
Getting into the property was not easy. The entrance system was not working so we had to use the key in the advertising box. Having that key there did not make us feel very secure. We then had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs and down again when we left. There were two more doors before we could enter the room. Entering was not intuitive.
We chose to leave after the first night of our prepaid two nights because we had gotten no sleep the first night.

I only stayed for 15 minutes as I had a cockroach in my room, so there was little to like given the circumstances.
I checked in at 22:00 and left 15 minutes later after finding a live cockroach crawling through the room. The location is unmanned at that time, so I called the number provided and was told to “just kill it”. I informed them about my decision to find alternative accommodation. Later, they asked for evidence, which I sent in the form of a photo – and then never heard back.
I eventually contacted management via LinkedIn to request a refund, as I had not stayed at the property. Their response was that they only refund guests if the issue is clearly their fault and led to a missed stay – “More than this is difficult 😂” – which, I suppose, sums up the attitude of the Hotiday brand.
There are plenty of decent places in Naples, this just is not one of them.

Ήταν ευρύχωρο και ανακαινισμένο! Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια από το προσωπικό! Η Mariarca στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενική κι εξυπηρετική, με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη. Επίσης μας άρεσε πολύ το καλοσωρισμα (ροφήματα και αλμυρά snacks) και το αποχαιρετιστήριο souvenir που μας προσέφεραν!
The room was in a historic building but was completely updated and modern. There was a queensize bed, a good size bathroom that was completely updated with a large shower and great water pressure. Plenty of hot water too. The room was beautifully decorated and it had a balcony overlooking the street. There was a main room with tables where breakfast was served in the morning. The staff was great, they were very helpful and friendly. Mariarca gave us some great suggestions for pastry shops, churches and places to see. She was wonderful. The location was perfect. Just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Close to Centro Storico and the Archeological Museum. It's just a block from the metro station as well. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for our welcome package as well, it was a nice touch!
Everything was great, no complaints!
Heel modern en schoon ingerichte kamer en badkamer. Centraal gelegen dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Bij het ontbijt was een super vriendelijke dame Mariarca die vertelde over de bezienswaardigheden en telkens vroeg of we tevreden waren. Ze zorgde zelfs op ons verzoek voor yogert zonder toevoegingen en probeerde ons het naar de zin te maken. Heel persoonlijk en bijzonder attent!
Het gebouw ziet er aan de buitenkant en in de hal oud en vervallen uit maar binnen in t hotelletje is het pico bello. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Enige minpuntjes: de airco koelde niet zo goed en de WIFI was geregeld niet goed.

Fint og rent rom. For hard seng for meg, men ok for min kone. Mye støy fra gatene, så sov lite første natt. Sov bedre natt nr 2.
Nydelig frokost i trivelige lokaler. Praktisk og sentral lokasjon.
Nettes Viertel, mit dem Taxi kommt man schnell zu den wichtigsten Stellen in Neapel. Sehr schönes Zimmer, für Alleinreisende ausreichend.
La habitación es muy linda y amplia
The staff was super nice and welcoming, they really go above and beyond to host you well. Also, the room had a nice decor, and was pretty chill to stay there.
The only thing that needs some adjusting is the A/C. It was so hot inside, and sadly, I couldn't leave the AC working because of the card & electricity situation. Just a minor detail.
The accomodation was everything we needed for a few nights in Napoli! Close to transport and the breakfast was super convenient to help us kick start our day. Mariarca and Simona were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. They made the stay even more worthwhile! As a hotel manager myself they are the kind of staff I would love to hire 😍
