Management did not treat me fairly
Pros:

I love how spacious the room was and I love how well decorated the room was it was clean

Cons:

I was given 20 minutes to book my room before having to leave when prior to that day I purchased a room the night before . My bank card had a hold on it unbeknownst to me. I had to decide if I was going to book or find other arrangements because my card was on hold management did not allow me to find other options. I was ordered to leave if I did not book within 20 minutes. I was left in the cold. The police was cold, and the police drove me to the next hotel because they understood that I was treated unfairly.

Staff, room size and location are great.

Cons:

The rooms could be cleaner, I found a lot of dust on the lamps right next to bed, and the carpet in some spots had a fowl smell. The breakfast has really gone downhill; the selections are cheap and not tasty.

Squeaky floors. We’ve stayed twice and since visiting grandkids will continue. But you can hear walking above you and the very floor you’re walking on. Seems cheaply built

Pros:

I was traveling to see family and attend a concert. So many things to do went to farmer's market restaurants shopping and concert venue all in the same area. Plan on visiting again.

Good stay, we were happy with location and staff.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly, hotel in general is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The breakfast has gone down hill, minimal choices and poor quality processed foods/eggs.

No issues other than what's stated above. We enjoyed the facility and location was perfect.
Pros:

Other than the concern reported to management, our stay was great. Location, price, amenities. I'm an honor member but I don't know what that brings? I was questioned if I received benefits. Don't know what that may entail.

Cons:

Noisy above room 328, what ever is above this room has the worse floor. It's so noisy when people walk across, sounds as if it's a construction problem or defect. Something I think needs to be looked at.
