Pros:

The rooms were very aesthetically pleasing but very small for the price they are charging. Convenient location otherwise.

Cons:

I was accidentally charged twice at check-in and was told it would be refunded, but later found out at checkout that it hadn’t been processed.

Additionally, the TV in the room was not functioning. When I called reception for assistance, I was told, “Oh, you’re only staying for one night… we will reset it, but can’t guarantee it will work.” This response was a bit disappointing, as working amenities are part of the service provided, regardless of the length of stay.

Nice but too noisy
Pros:

Room was big, modern and clean
Centrally located in the CBD
Staff were nice

Cons:

Noise - Unfortunately we couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because of the noise in the area which meant we couldn't sleep. Loud music, people screaming in the streets, sirens, noisy cars backfiring. This continued until the early hours of the morning, every night we stayed (fri-mon). By far the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in

Ok but pricey for what you get.
Pros:

Great location cool design and friendly staff

Cons:

Room was noisy, only one bottle of water provided. Breakfast was a joke. Only a few lame choices, no fruit or anything fresh.

Cool place but not quite up to the 5 star rating
Pros:

Modern decor and cool design. Australian made products and free snacks and water was lovely.
Reception staff were great.
Cleo’s restaurant was excellent

Cons:

Really noisy at night from both street noise and corridor outside room.
Breakfast included not a buffet but ordered and options were limited with extra $$$ for additions.

Had the best weekend, friendly staff, good service and stay
Pros:

Great hotel and location. Cleo and amenities were great and food very good. Roof top Pilates was great and perfect weather
