Love the heater! And the location is good too!
Pros:

The place had a heater which is great for the end of January in sapa, the location right at the end of the lake make it east to find, hot water and they don't lock you in at night and a short walking distance to the market/night market. Few minor inconveniences but great price and despite my complaints I would stay there again if the chance arose.

Cons:

They switched me from a single to a double room and I don't know if it applies to all but my window faces the alley so no view or natural light, the cord for the kettle doesn't reach a plug unless you hold it up yourself, has a tv but no channels, no light by the bed was a pain to have to get up to turn on and off the light and being on the second floor was noisy but manageable. The price is great and I would probably stay there again just a different room so my little gripes are pretty petty! Having heat and not just a heated blanket makes up for almost all!

Great place in Sapa! Highly recommend
Pros:

Wow. The service is more than average. They have heaters, good hot water , the room is spacious with lake view. The staff make us feel like home. They also provide motorbike for rent, local trekking tour great experience.
I am highly recommend this place!

Cosy short stay after a long overnight trip from Hanoi
Pros:

We booked this hotel for 1 night only as we arrived (3am) from our overnight trip from Hanoi in a sleeper bus. Despite of our late/wee morning arrival, someone was there to check us in and hand us the key to our room. The hotel location is bang on the Sapa town center and it is a short walk to places of interests. Our room has a nice view of the mountains. The staff called Nam is very kind, despite of the language barrier we can feel his eagerness to help us. He assisted us in booking our tour tickets to Fansipan Sapa and we had a great time.

Cons:

The room is cosy but the bathroom could use a little re-painting.
