Indignado con vuestra plataforma Hoteles.com
Pros:

Fatal con Hoteles.com pues creía que había cancelado la reserva, pero algo hice mal y he tenido que pagar sin haberme hospedado.
No me llego ningún aviso por parte de Hoteles.com de que se acercaba la fecha límite de cancelación, ni ningún aviso de que se acercaba la fecha de la reserva con lo que me habría dado cuenta y me habría ahorrado la tarifa de la estancia que me habéis timado. Tuve que enterarme porque me llamo la chica del hotel, pues yo ignoraba que tenia una reserva ese día. En cambio si que me mandáis correo para que os de un feedback de mi estancia. Indignante. Lo mínimo seria devolver el importe.
Me salía mejor esta plataforma que otras plataformas de reservas más conocidas, pero después de esta experiencia creo que mejor vuelvo a la de siempre, que allí si que te avisan antes de cobrarte. Y a mis amigos y conocidos les daré el mismo consejo.

Pros:

The best part of our stay was Elena, her communication was great, always at the end of the phone to answer my queries. Shower was lovely. The rest of the property was a bit run down, door handle on to balcony (which didn't have any furniture as per the pictures) kept coming off. Double bed was very very creaky. Kitchen not very well equipped, no kettle. But saying all that it served the purpose for us 🙂. X

Elena, una persona que disfruta su trabajo y lo transmite con alegría en las recomendaciones y en el trato.

Las instalaciones, por poner un detalle mínimo, un poco descuidadas, no tenía batería el reloj de la decoración, quizá mejor eliminarlo... La tostadora de pan (que mejor no usamos) llena de migas al fondo. Los marcos del la puertande entrada estaban rotos. Poca señal de internet y la antena de televisión no servía los días que estuvimos, aunque Elena estuvo muy atenta para buscar soluciones pero al final no nos interesaba mirar la tv. Sólo son observaciones mínimas para que ellos mismos puedan evaluar y mejorar para tenerlo todo al 100%.

En positivo, la cama una maravilla de cómoda. Perfecto descanso. Un poco de calor en la habitación pero abriendo las ventanas se resuelve.

Fantastic quite location near great ski resorts
Pros:

The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu.
If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard.
