O hotel é incrível, com uma das vistas mais espetaculares que já tive em um hotel. O café da manhã é um capitulo à parte, maravilhos e servido até meio-dia! Os quartos amplos e muito confortáveis, sem falar a beleza de estar em um caverna super bem preservarda.
Poderia ter um área comum fechada para o inverno, estavamos com amigos e não tinhamos um lugar para sentar e tomar um drinque, tivemos que ficar no restaurante.

The location was perfect with beautiful views , the hotel is in pristine condition , the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional, the food at the hotel was amazing and we loved the fact that the breakfast was not a buffet but a set menu with fresh and tasty dishes
Everything was exceptional
I stayed at Via Regia with my parents, who are very demanding people and usually complain literally about everything: they were even more enthusiastic than me about our stay at this wonderful hotel. First of all, it is located far away from the chaotic Goreme and we loved the genuine atmosphere and lovely peace we were able to enjoy at Via Regia: everything felt so real and authentic! Room was so breathtaking that we would have rather spent the whole time of our holiday in there; everything is curated in the detail. The food at the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. In general, all the members of the staff were kind, warm, professional and very welcoming. Not to mention the breathtaking and exclusive view on the valley! I really think there are no words to describe the excellence of this hotel and marvelous experience you have by staying here!

Rooms are very clean and cozy, beautiful view
As we were in winter, there is no place to relax outside your room besides the restaurant. There is no heated place to sit and have a drink or chat with friends. All places are for summer, a beautiful rooftop and chairs to enjoy the view but in winter we could not use. Food in the restaurant not so great.
Amazing views of Uchicar castle, the hotel is perched up at a great location.
The staff are excellent and make the experience all that much more enjoyable.

This hotel was far beyond our expectations — we absolutely loved our room! The breakfast was amazing, and the view was truly exceptional. It’s my third time in Cappadocia, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel. They have one of the best views in Cappadocia.
Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend their tours. I booked through them expecting the tours to be managed and held to the same high standard as the hotel, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed.
During my last two visits, I booked through another agency in Göreme, and their service was fantastic — a huge contrast to the ones offered by the hotel, which were far from what we expected.
I would suggest that the hotel carefully select their tour partners to ensure the quality matches their own level.
The property’s cleanness was superb.
