Sehr zentral, sehr freundlich, alles bestens
Pros:

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem kleinen Balkon und im Whirlpool und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles bestens. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Es liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt und ist trotzdem nicht so laut wie auf der Hauptstraße…ist eine top Lage

Situated in a strategic location within the old quarter. All accessible within walking distance. Friendly staff especially Ms. Moon as she is very helpful & assist on all tours arrangement without hassle!

EXCEPTIONNEL
Pros:

TOUT :
- Emplacement parfait, tout à proximité. La rue est calme. On dort paisiblement
- la chambre est immense et le lit whaouu (tres très grand et très très confortable).
- la baignoire à paillette :) et l'eau chaude.
- un petit frigo, la télé avec YouTube. On recevait tous les jours 2 bouteilles d'eau
- le service pour nettoyer son linge (pas cher et rapide)
- le personnel surtout la dame de l'accueil, toujours souriante, serviable et tellement gentille. Elle avait toujours un mot agréable quand on se croisait.
Je recommande cet hôtel, j'y ai passé environ 10 jours et c'était vraiment top.

So schlimm, dass wir wechseln mussten.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar- super zentral und gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Gasse

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat gemüffelt und sich unsauber angefühlt. Leider hat an dem Abend ein Fußballspiel stattgefunden und die kleine, eigentlich ruhige Gasse war sehr laut. Wir haben das Hotel noch in der gleichen Nacht gewechselt.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten waren groß und bequem und das Bad hat gut funktioniert.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Good price, nice rooms.
Pros:

Very impressed with the spacious room (Triple room w/ balcony), enough hot water to actually fill the bath tub!, wifi was good, and location was great - right in the middle of best of old town, but quiet enough that it was easy to get good rest and relax.

Cons:

Advertised balcony was more like a large sliding window with a handrail, not really an exterior balcony, but was still very nice huge window, and nice to have such a large double slider window for fresh air and day light.
