A acomodação que contratei não foi a que recebi. A empresa Ancora ofertou opções para substituir pois houve problema com a que contratei, me enviaram o link de uma acomodação, eu escolhi baseado no link enviado e quando fecharam a acomodação era outra e em outro local, a responsável disse que a culpa era minha porque quando me enviaram o voucher da reserva eu não observei se o endereço e as camas estavam corretos sendo que quando escolhi e solicitei a nova reserva fiz baseado no link que ela mesma me enviou no WhatsApp.
Não fecharia nada com a Âncora novamente, achei desorganizado e quando notei que houve um erro tentaram me responsabilizar, achei desrespeitoso. Optamos por ficar onde foi reservado erroneamente para evitar mais dor de cabeça, mas ficamos em uma localização que não era a desejada e não tivemos café da manhã, como estava na anterior.
A acomodação que ficamos não é ruim, tinha o tamanho da que tinha contratado de início, porém em outro bairro, sem café da manhã e com cama de solteiro no lugar da de casal, a vantagem é que o apartamento era limpo e organizado.

Adorei o café da manhã, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos.

Cons:

A internet não estava funcionando muito bem. Além disso, tanto as toalhas de banho e rosto, como as roupas de cama estavam encardidas, embora limpas. Também achei o ambiente um pouco sujo, haja vista que matei algumas baratas durante a estadia.
