Pros:

Charming property. Great location, near the downtown/Centro but also hip cafes/restaurants on the west side of town. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the attached cafe was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Responsive to questions via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a great boutique hotel.
In a central location. The room was spacious. Comfortable beds. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Muy contento de haber conodido el Hotel Libertad 1416
Pros:

Nos encantó el alojamiento. Las habitaciones muy confortables y las áreas jardinadas muy bonitas. El mecanismo de acceso fue muy útil, ya que llegamos tarde por la noche.

Wonderful quaint boutique hotel in an amazing location

This hotel was tranquil, gorgeous, good location. We were walking distance to two really amazing coffee shops and amazing street vendors by the cathedral.

Location was not in a good part of town but I had no way of knowing at booking time. But I always felt safe.

Die Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer bzw die Möbel und Wände sind recht stark benutzt. Die Handtücher alt. Andere Hotelbewohner sind super laut. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber nicht wirklich als Hotelpersonal ausgebildet. Der Comfort entspricht in keiner Weise dem Preis. Alles ist eher ein gutes Southhostel. Ich habe 175 Euro die Nacht gezahlt, da erwarte ich einen anderen Standard. Mein erstes Zimmer hatte noch nicht einmal ein Fenster.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

We had a confirmation from the hotel about our arrival time. When we arrived no one was working. We tried contacting them via the WhatsApp number at the desk and no one replied. We contacted Booking and was told we had to wait 45 mins on top of the 30 mins we had been there for them to try contacting someone. In the end no one ever replied at the hotel and we were left with nowhere to stay.

Value for money, just beautiful!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room, courtyard | comfortable bed and shower | lovely toiletries | great location situated between the many beautiful cafes and restaurants in Colonial Americana and Centro. A perk to have a taco store right opposite

Cons:

A little bit of sewage smell in the shower probably due to systems, not the hotel.
Staff can be more smiley and remember our requests
