Wonderful quaint boutique hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

This hotel was tranquil, gorgeous, good location. We were walking distance to two really amazing coffee shops and amazing street vendors by the cathedral.

The hotel was very clean and secure and the restaurant was superb.
Pros:

The restaurant inside was very good!

Cons:

Location was not in a good part of town but I had no way of knowing at booking time. But I always felt safe.

Die Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer bzw die Möbel und Wände sind recht stark benutzt. Die Handtücher alt. Andere Hotelbewohner sind super laut. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber nicht wirklich als Hotelpersonal ausgebildet. Der Comfort entspricht in keiner Weise dem Preis. Alles ist eher ein gutes Southhostel. Ich habe 175 Euro die Nacht gezahlt, da erwarte ich einen anderen Standard. Mein erstes Zimmer hatte noch nicht einmal ein Fenster.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

We had a confirmation from the hotel about our arrival time. When we arrived no one was working. We tried contacting them via the WhatsApp number at the desk and no one replied. We contacted Booking and was told we had to wait 45 mins on top of the 30 mins we had been there for them to try contacting someone. In the end no one ever replied at the hotel and we were left with nowhere to stay.

Todo estuvo increíble, muy fácil de acceder, céntrico, seguro y pet friendly.
Las instalaciones están increíbles
Incluso hay restaurante que cuenta con un menú delicioso y accesible

Value for money, just beautiful!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room, courtyard | comfortable bed and shower | lovely toiletries | great location situated between the many beautiful cafes and restaurants in Colonial Americana and Centro. A perk to have a taco store right opposite

Cons:

A little bit of sewage smell in the shower probably due to systems, not the hotel.
Staff can be more smiley and remember our requests

This sweet hotel packs a bang for your buck.
Pros:

Comfy bed, quiet room, yummy breakfast, the best hotel towels ever - thick and soft. Great value.

Cons:

Lovely garden but when watered tile floors become treacherous. Would be great to have staff dry them or post wet floor signs.

Lovely, pretty, quiet, hip spot in good location with cute cafe and courtyard.
Pros:

It’s a gorgeous small property with a lovely courtyard, terrace, and cozy quiet rooms. It’s in a perfect location- a few blocks from the heart of hip bars and restaurants and coffee shops in colonial America but also close enough to the tourist spots in el centro to walk.

Cons:

Staff is responsive via text and it was easy enough to let yourself in and out, and everything was clean but it would’ve been even better is staff was more regularly present.
