There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

There was a lot of renovation work going on inside, and the room was dirty. The internet started working only after we asked about it, and the breakfast was poor. Ladders, ladders, and more ladders! I started to hate ladders after staying at this hotel!

Завтрак вообще был не свежий. Чёрствый хлеб, помидоры огурцы были видимо со вчера, колбаса была уже с душком.. все холодное. Омлет был тоже из холодильника, видимо вчерашний. По еде - на двоечку. Номер не убран, постель и полотенца чистые - спасибо. Но было очень пыльно

Upon arrival, the room was clearly not properly prepared for guests. The floor was dirty, there was rubbish in the bed, and the air conditioner was leaking heavily. The wall below the unit was wet, and water was dripping almost directly onto the head area of the bed. The window could not be opened, meaning there was no possibility to ventilate the room or get fresh air.
The hotel later admitted that they were unaware the air conditioner was damaged at the time of our check-in. This confirms that the room had not been properly inspected before being handed over to guests.
The advertised terrace with views and breakfast service was under renovation, but we were not informed about this before arrival. It was unclear where breakfast was being served, and important facilities shown in the listing were unavailable.
We immediately reported the problems and were asked to wait while the room and air conditioner were supposedly going to be cleaned. We waited approximately 1.5 hours and eventually had to leave for the city. When we returned, nothing had changed. The room had not been properly cleaned, the air conditioner had not been fixed, and no meaningful action had been taken.
The staff did not resolve any of the reported issues. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel at around 11:00 PM and urgently search for alternative accommodation the night before a concert.
This situation caused significant stress and completely disrupted our plans. The condition of the room did not match reasonable hotel standards, and the way the issues were handled was extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately, despite providing photographs and evidence of the issues, Booking.com did not intervene in any meaningful way and concluded that the reported problems could not be verified. This was particularly disappointing given that the hotel itself confirmed that the air conditioner was damaged at the time of our check-in.

Η τοποθεσια. Το πρόγευμα ηταν πολύ φτωχικο και δεν μπορουσες να παραγγειλεις αλλο φαγητο στο ξενοδοχειο .
Βασικα ειναι ενα μετριο καταλυμμα.

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausdrücklich wegen der beworbenen Dachterrasse, der Rooftop-Bar und des Frühstücks mit Aussicht gebucht. Leider war die Dachterrasse wegen Bauarbeiten vollständig gesperrt. Darüber wurden wir vor unserer Anreise nicht informiert.

Das Frühstück wurde nicht wie beworben angeboten.

Die Ausgabe fand auf dem Flur direkt vor unserem Zimmer statt, was bereits früh morgens zu erheblichem Lärm führte. Zusätzlich mussten wir auf dem Zimmer frühstücken, obwohl dort weder ein Tisch noch Stühle vorhanden waren.

Außerdem gab es während unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten mit entsprechender Lärmbelastung bis spät abends.

Der Höhepunkt war jedoch der komplette Ausfall der Wasserversorgung. Es war weder möglich zu duschen noch die Toilette ordnungsgemäß zu benutzen oder Wasser am Waschbecken zu nutzen. Auf Nachfrage konnte die Rezeption nicht mitteilen, wann das Problem behoben sein würde.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass über keine dieser wesentlichen Einschränkungen vorab informiert wurde. Die tatsächlich vorgefundene Situation entsprach in mehreren wichtigen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung, aufgrund derer wir das Hotel gebucht hatten.

Испортило впечатление о поездке. Номера не соответствуют действительности, зеркала в ванной комнате были какие то запачканные. Брали специально с завтраками, до заселения на было никакого предупреждения о том что терраса не работает и завтраков как были обещаны на будет, были контейнеры с одним бутербродом, яблоком, яйцо и и печенькой , бутерброд на вкус отвратительный. Пришлось все дни дополнительно тратиться на еду. Завтраки был основной параметр по бронирование апартаментов и было такое разочарование, персонал никак не пошел на компромиссы о досрочном выселении, так как жить там не хотелось. Еще при этом при заселении в первый день провели нес колько часов без света и целый день без горячей воды. Испортило впечатление о всем отпуске в этом городу. Крайне не советую эти апартаменты, первый раз с таким столкнулась в Тбилиси, цена совершенно не соответствует качеству.
