stay was good, but restaurant breakfast service on 5th october morning was very bad,
Pros:

Breakfast was good , but the service was not good . we ordered for dosa , it dindnt come for 30 minutes , we left without eating dosa.

Cons:

their satff at break fast are not trained properly , frequently removing the plates from the table , may be there is shortage of plates .

Great hotel
Pros:

Fabulous boutique hotel. Staff and service are amazing. Rooms very nicely done and butler service very good. Hotel driver was excellent. Spa experience was very nice. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

This hotel needs to keep working on the F&B offer and continue striving for excellence. Drinks especially were very expensive and double the price of Faremont Hotel next door

Pros:

The hotel was amazing - we really enjoyed our stay. The food and service was impeccable. The staff were fantastic always exceptionally welcoming and helpful could not fault it in anyway - highly recommended

Out of city hotel
Pros:

Loom and facility was so geogious
Very beautiful decorative hotel
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

There is very far from pink city
The view of window was not good m, we couldn’t be calm
There is no garden
When we checked out hotel , there is no staff and no say goodbye at entrance
