Pros:

Room was good, suite with kitchenette with larger than typical refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plates, 2 beds., sofa.

Had laundry, plentiful patio seating in front to relax or socialize

Cons:

Breakfast did not meet expectations for a Hilton property. More typical of less expensive properties.

Price was a bit high, likely due to area events..

The best place to stay in Steven’s point area.
Pros:

One of the cleanest hotels for the price you can stay at. Smells good. Clean rooms. Adequate breakfast.

The morning staff was super nice and gave us a late check out so my daughter could enjoy the pool. It was the best way to end our stay.

Comfort, quality, and a peaceful environment
Pros:

The room was fantastic and the bed quite comfortable. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. The pool was perfect for my physical therapy and the treadmill was better than the one at my gym. It was nice to use after eating breakfast. I expected dodgy pastries and the like for a continental breakfast but was rather impressed with make your own waffles, egg sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, and good coffee.

Cons:

Kitchen tap couldn't make cold enough water. I had to fill my water bottle up in the bathroom.

Some good some bad.
Pros:

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, new mattresses would be a great help. Absolutely no comfort. Breakfast was average. Not really anything I would write home about and not much to choose from.

Cons:

Your staff was exceptional. Was clean and looked great. I mention Gage who was kind, understanding and he knows his job well. He accommidated us and problem solved a mistake with a third party spelling error which complicated our reservations. A HUGE shout-out to this remarkable young man.

Not good customer service.
Pros:

Breakfast was good
Location was good within walking distance from dining,and shopping

Cons:

Asked if I was able to check out a day early due to the blizzard that was headed our way, one staff said that i wouldn’t be charged my last day if I checked out by 11 so I did and the staff that was working said she couldn’t check me out until the next day and that I would be charged regardless of me leaving a day early and the fact that I was told I would be ok by the other staff. If I would have been told I couldn’t check out till the next day I would’ve just stayed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to come and go with a welcoming staff.
Pros:

Very nice sized room. The fridge size with a freezer was great! The room had great space for us to spread out with all of our stuff, not to mention a dishwasher. Accessibility to the elevators and room was very easy. I wish we had more time to enjoy the outside amenities.

Cons:

The pool was very small and cold. When busy it was loud and hard to enjoy. The bathroom in the room was small for all of us. Last but not least, breakfast was very picked over and not restocked quickly or well.

It was new, spacious suite, friendly staff

Cons:

They allow pets. A dog barked allot the first night and a cat woke me early meowing at my door. That was a big down side for me…..
