Çok merkezi ve uygun fiyatlı
Pros:

Otel sahibi son derece güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdi. 3 gece konakladık; ısınma çok iyiydi, hiç üşümedik ve sıcak suyla ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Çıkış sonrası eşyalarımızı bırakmamıza da izin verdiler, bu bizim için büyük kolaylık oldu.

Konumu gerçekten çok merkezi; merkezdeki pek çok yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Evet, bina biraz eski ancak her yer gayet temizdi. konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Sadece bizim kaldığımız odada aydınlatma biraz yetersizdi. Bir de yatak biraz gıcırdıyordu.

Pros:

Прекрасное место для отдыха в самом сердце Тбилиси! Останавливались в комнате у Нико — комфортная, чистая, светлая, с приятной атмосферой. Локация отличная: центр города, рядом кафе, магазины, достопримечательности. Также он предлагает множество туров и экскурсий. Отдельно хотим отметить хозяина — Нико очень добрый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Рекомендуем всем!

Ничего не понравилось!

Cons:

Забронировал номер. В день когда должен был заехать администратор написала, что все номера сдали, и мне ехать не куда, но она нашла отличный вариант, за те же деньги. Вариант, который она нашла был намного хуже, Какой-то сарай, если ещё не учитывать грубость персонала. Но чтоб не ночевать на улице пришлось оставаться там. Год назад снимал здесь апартаменты, всё было классно. В этот раз одно большое разочарование. Имейте ввиду, когда будете бронировать здесь апартаменты, могут отменить в день заезда.

Очень душевное место
Pros:

Отель расположен в самом центре Тбилиси, от аэропорта автобус довезет вас до Площади Свободы, затем пять минут пешком и вы на месте. Встретил хозяин отеля Давид и тут же все рассказал, показал. Очень просторный номер, мы жили в улучшенном, с удобной кроватью, хорошим постельным бельем и практически новыми полотенцами. Есть возможность что-то приготовить, тк есть плита, холодильник, набор необходимой посуды. Но зачем готовить в Тбилиси, когда кругом столько кафе и ресторанчиков?! Но утренний кофе можно сварить.

Если вас не смущает общий двор, где живут местные, если вы не поклонник суперновых отелей - то вам сюда. И самое главное - это отношение хозяина. Давид все подсказывал, советовал. Большое спасибо, при случае вернусь непременно!.

Pros:

Старый Тбилиси это сказка. Выходишь из отеля , два шага и красота. Центральная улица из брусчатка, все магазины, кафе в шаговой доступности. В гостинице тихо, спокойно. Номер отличный. Есть где поставить машину. Рекомендую.
