Temperature problem
Pros:

Room and bathroom were very spacious.
Bed was huge and comfortable.
Breakfast was great.
Ample parking space.

Cons:

It was EXTREMELY hot inside the room (I would guess 30 degrees Celsius) and you were not able to regulate the temperature on your own. I spent the whole night waking up because of the heat, opening the window for a while (I did not want to leave it open because it was just next to the main entrance) and repeating this procedure again and again.
The water of the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi was dirty.

El hotel es espectacular, comodo, buen desayuno, buen bar y buen personal.

Cons:

Recomendaría solicitar las habitaciones en el piso de arriba. Nos asignaron una en el primer piso y por el piso de madera se escuchan toda la noche pasos y movimientos de las habitaciones de arriba.

Hab 419 excelente. Maravilla de personal.

Muy bueno el personal! Muy amables y La laboriosidad del personal de recepcion especialmente la joven y las señoras del restaurant. Habitacion 419 super amplia y comoda!

Cons:

Habria que poner carteles en los pasillos para recordar a los demas huespedes que no hagan ruido al salir temprano por excursiones. Gente maleducada hablandl fuerte 7 am o portazos. Gente asi en todos lados.
