Pros:

Hotel confortable. Petit déjeuner correcte. Bien situé pour prendre le bateau. Il y a un service de navette électrique pour vous amener au quai d embarquement.

Cons:

Le soir il y a très peu de restaurants ouverts.

Beautiful hotel in a yet to be finished area
Pros:

Beautiful huge comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Free EV transfer to the boat jetty.

Cons:

Wishy washy coffee. Sound proofing from other guests coming and going poor. The area is in development but we only stayed for a night to catch our Ha Long Bay cruise in the morning so it was perfect for that.

Gute Option für Übernachtung vor Halongbucht-Cruise
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing-Flug über die Halongbucht und Einchecken für Halongbucht-Cruise.

Cons:

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts keinerlei Restaurants in näherer Umgebung geöffnet. Kann ein Problem sein, weil das Hotel kein Restaurant hat.

Fina rum, bra säng, rent o snyggt, bra badrum fullt utrustad med hygienartiklar
Är klass 3 hotell men kunde väl klassas i nivå med 4 jämfört med andra hotell i Vietnamn

Cons:

Hade varit bättre med frukost buffé tog väldigt lång tid att få maten
Fler kuddar i sängen hade varit bra

Think about noise breakout.
Pros:

Mixed feelings about the place.
Newish hotel, nicely decorated.
We basically had the place to ourselves.
Nice breakfast.
Owner did apologise for the noise from the kitchen but it took two visits from me to the 7th floor to get this. He gave me a discount too. I would have left a 1 star review otherwise.
Location good for public ferry to Cat Ba and seaplane. Not too far for the cruise trip wharfs.

Cons:

We arrived in torrential rain. Had to park in the street to find the reception door - not obvious. Bike park was a tight space round the back of the hotel. No formal parking. The guard did very kindly find a tarp to put over the bike. Good man!
We were given a room on level 6. Due to the weather we stayed in the room most of the time. We soon found the room to be very noisy. We eventually found that the kitchen was on level 7. Chairs being dragged over the tiled floor. Kitchen racks metal clanking. In evening, the staff were having a drinking session in there too. So more noise. I do not recommend staying in any room on level 6, beyond room 605 (we had 610) to avoid noise from the kitchen. It starts again arrive 6am for breakfast too.

Nice room.
Nice breakfast served on level 2.
Quiet room, this time, still level 6 (room 601) but well away from the kitchen on level 7. There is a restaurant on level 7 but it wasn't operating when we were there.

Cons:

Lack of formal parking area.
You do get some early morning noise from the boats as they queue for refuelling at the station across the road from the hotel.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Fine for one night but not a place we're to stay more than one day passing through. The location is not that great, in the middle of the harbour. No places where to go around, just decks

The breakfast is not satisfying and poor, the venue is a little bit shabby. The staff is always on tik tok. Moreover, in the description is described a private access to the beach: there is no beach.
