Magnifique séjour dans un endroit design avec un service impeccable

Endroit très stylé, design et extrêmement agréable. Au bord de la plage, excellent restaurant et personnel au petit soin.

Pros:

Mooi locatie aan het strand gelegen. Bijzondere inrichting van de kamer die we hadden met lokale kunst. Heel het terrein staat er vol mee. Vriendelijke staf. Goede keuze ontbijt.

Cons:

Relatief stevige prijs. We hebben helaas een Bali bellie gekregen van het eten of drinken in het hotel

Friendly staff, amazing food, lovely venue
Pros:

Close to other facilities and the beach , and lovely food served at this property. Beautiful grounds and pool.

Cons:

Building noises and banging next door and facility having some renovation noises while staying at this property. Venue also had late night music playing to early morning very loud

Cannot recommend. Wanted to enjoy the hotel, but the facilities really did not work as promised.

1) The bathtub in the Spa Room does not work. The main reason we booked this room was to use the private bathtub. We spent ~1 hour talking with the facilities team there to try to get the bathtub to work. Unfortunately, this did not help.

2) The shower/electricity did not work on our final morning in the hotel. This meant we went on our ~5 hour flight away from Bali without a shower, and having just been in the pool and heat. Even though this power outage was out of the hotel's control, nothing was done on their end to remedy or compromise on the situation.

Great location if you like to party; no gym on site.
Pros:

Beautiful property, great location with seaside views. Staff was friendly and polite for the most part.

Cons:

The property does NOT have a fitness center as advertised. There is a gym across the street that offers a 25% discount to guests. I asked the management if they would reimburse me for the gym fees, and they declined.

While there was daily housekeeping service, the sheets were stained and threadbare and rarely changed. Expected better for the rate I payed.

The property is a beach club. House music is blasting most days from about 4pm onward, until 2am on weekends. Great if you want to party, but also detracts from the serene environment. I was also frequently stopped by security staff (and patted down at least once) trying to come back into the property during the weekend parties and had to repeatedly explain that I was a guest there. They were polite and apologetic, but it was still awkward and annoying.

Le lieu est superbe si on aime les pièces d’antiquité.

La plage est juste devant l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les week-ends il y a des soirées avec des DJs. Il faut en avoir conscience avant de venir car la musique est très forte jusqu’à 2h du matin
