Pros:

The room was clean and cute. Bed was very comfortable. Loves the bathroom.

Cons:

The pool was falling apart. One of the ladders to get out on the deep end of the pool the steps were barely hanging on, and if you looked into one of the cutouts where the water went to get filtered you could see insulation falling in there and getting into the pool.

I would stay there again, if needed. The staff were very nice.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel overall. It appeared clean.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on layers of cardboard. The breakfast was mediocre, but it was better than our experience in Durango’s Fairfield Inn.

For the amount I paid, I was very disappointed.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable when we got into room. Nice shower temperature and bathroom space.

Cons:

Pool was closed, we were looking forward to the hot tub. I didn’t get the room I reserved. Breakfast was served at 7:00am and it would have been better if it were at 6:00…. We didn’t get breakfast because of the late breakfast time.

Great location, clean facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing. No hot water for tea, no coffee available at 8 30 am. Bacon was very undercooked. Lighting in room was poor.

Pros:

Gostamos da limpeza e da localização. Bem perto do outlet de Kansas.

Cons:

A estrutura é péssima. Paredes finas, que ouvíamos os hóspedes dos quartos do lado e os passos do andar de cima. Além disso, café da manhã pobre, tendo apenas café, leite gelado e algumas opções de pão e carne.

High class stay at working class prices
Pros:

Pool was well maintained and didn’t make the entire hallway smell like chlorine like you’ll find in a lot of indoor pools. The room was classy and clearly updated.

Best stay in KC!!!!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, room was very clean. Best scrambled eggs I've ate in a while. Big variety for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Nicest hotel that we have stayed in here in Kansas City. The staff did a great job!!!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was when you ran the water in the vanity sink, you would get a whiff of sewer gas. Everytime you ran the water, you got a whiff of sewer gas. That's it. Other than that, the place was great!
