Pros:

Beautiful hotel and the room was divine. Lovely front desk staff. Fire alarm went off at 7am and it was a bit confusing on the peppers floor where to go to evacuate which wasn't fun but that can't be helped by the staff.

Cons:

Very quiet on a Friday night, were going for a vibe to watch the league game but the satellite wasn't working and it was very quiet in the sports club.

Felt welcome , clean , friendly staff, lovely rooms
Pros:

It was very clean and had a great feel about it .
The staff were amazing, very friendly, we will definitely be going back.

Clean, modern, and very comfortable
Pros:

New outfit, very comfortable bed, brilliant having a small kitchenette in room, free soft drinks, fast room service, good reception staff

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but some bread, more fruit, drip coffee would have made it better
Location is odd but the hotel is worth it
Wish the use of the pool was for longer hours in the evening, especially after a long road trip
