Bardzo pomocny i przyjazny personel hotelu.

Cons:

Śniadanie było rozczarowujące i nieświeże. Produkty sprawiały wrażenie starych, co całkowicie zniechęcało do jedzenia. Jajecznica czy parówki były zimne podgrzewacz nie działał .

bardzo dobre śniadanie. Parking dostępny przy hotelu. Obok hotelu lokalizacji 5 parków. Park wodny rewelacja dla dzieciaków w każdym wieku.

Cons:

w pobliżu brak sklepów i restauracji a hotelowa bardzo dobra jednak oczekiwanie na danie to minimum 1 h, a z dziećmi to trochę uciążliwe. Powodem z pewnością są wesela organizowane tam i kuchnia nie nadąża.

Piękny hotel, wygodne łóżka, smaczne śniadanie. Duża zaletę stanowi strefa SPA - w cenie pobytu. Sauna gorąca, aż miło! Świetne miejsce na weekendowy reset. W hotelu odbywają się często przyjęcia weselne czy studniówki, więc jest dość głośno, ale personel nas o tym uprzedza. Na terenie obiektu ciekawa restauracja w stylu amerykańskim.

Bardzo dobre i bogate śniadania. Czyste i duże pokoje, wygodne łóżka i przestronne łazienki. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Cały obiekt niezwykle czysty i bardzo dobrze zadbany z dużym parkingiem i szeroką ofertą udogodnień jak sauna czy jacuzzi

Cons:

Biorąc pod uwagę lokalizacje hotelu, w niedalekiej odległości od stoków narciarskich, brakuje dedykowanego pomieszczenia do przechowywania sprzętu narciarskiego. Obecnie jednak obsługa udostępnia jedno ze swoich pomieszczeń do przechowania nart, butów itd.
