Tropisch!
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel aan het strand. De mesen zijn erg lief en bereidwillig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Kamer is klein maar je bent veel buiten en de douche was heerlijk ruim.
Tulum zelf is veel te Amerikaans ingesteld dus qua horeca is het moeilijk iets op niveau te vinden zonder nogal luide muziek. In het hotel was dit beter geregeld.

Cons:

De bedden! Echt veel te hard. Te laat gevraagd om een topper dus dat was onze eigen schuld maar laatste nacht hebben ze iets geprobeerd met een te klein dekbed oid waardoor we helaas nog slechter sliepen.

Beautiful place, recommended, but has some flaws
Pros:

I chose this place based on the reviews and generally I’d say the rating here reflects the reality, I liked this place. But not everything.

I’ll start by saying that what impressed me the most is how friendly, supportive and nice their front desk team is (all of them, 2 ladies and 1 gentleman, forgot to ask the names). They don’t just say we are happy to help, they genuinely try to do it, I felt very well cared for and grateful for this. Staff at the restaurant thought was less friendly and helpful but still okay (one waiter David thought was specifically very professional and nice, especially in comparison to others, thanks to him for that).
Rooms are very clean, smell nice, they provide water to drink and to brush teeth, robes, many tiny lovely details. Property is very nicely kept.

If you want to stay in a nice property by the beach in Tulum and not to pay ridiculous prices, be at peace and quiet, this is the place to go. I will be happy to come back. Food is good but portions are smaller than in other places for the same price.

Cons:

Ohh, I wish I would not need to write anything here but unfortunately I do. First, I booked a room with the attic where there is a small private pool. Room is nice, as on pictures, but it has flaws: it’s small, no space for luggage storage, no hairdryer, if you are 2 people with 2 bags, it’s already very uncomfortable. The outside areas are spacious but you can’t use them if it rains, as on the top there’s no proper roofing and it’s just wet all the time and on the bottom the roof has holes and leaks water too so you can’t even stay outside at all. And the worst was that they gave me the room that was on the very left and this room didn’t have a left wall on the terrace like other rooms to the right side resulting in you being fully exposed to people passing by the floor to watch you . I had very unpleasant experience when I didn’t realize that it is like this, went out of the shower and looked outside my room naked and then saw a guest man who had been watching me all this time. Needless to say it freaked me out and I reported it. Obviously, they can’t build the wall , just be aware of it if you don’t want it, avoid room 34. Front desk tried to help me though and offered to move me on the next day but I decided to stay as I was there just for few nights and didn’t have energy for this move. If I come back, I ll book ocean front room and recommend to do it to all.

Another thing that made me uneasy they reached out to me the day before my arrival saying that they upgraded me to ocean front as they had overbooking situation which of course made me happy and looked like a gift but on arrival they just brought me to the room I booked and said that they decided to not upgrade me, like casually.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel magnifique qu’on quitte avec nostalgie
Pros:

Cadre et plage magnifiques avec un beau Beach club
Jolies piscines et bonus pour le bain à remous chaud
Excellent accueil et service avec un personnel aux petits soins
Petit déjeuner et restauration délicieux
Chambre atrium superbe et calme avec une vue splendide et un bassin privatif très agréable
L’hôtel veille à fournir de l’eau potable pour la consommation et le brossage des dents ce qui est très appréciable
Propreté irréprochable avec changement des serviettes

Cons:

Dommage qu’il manquait de rangements et d’équipements dans la chambre (tv, bouilloire etc.)

Beautiful spot very expensive
Pros:

The staff was amazing. It’s new, and they clean the beach every day.

Cons:

Rooms have no tv or coffee maker. They sell the loungers for their beach club so there are never enough loungers on the beach. The food and drinks are very expensive. A glass of wine is $20 US.

Amazing beach vacation. Will return.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the room. Loved the beach. Friendly staff. Tasty food and drinks! Excellent stay.

Cons:

Not much. Bathrooms could use some more hooks. Restaurant prices sometimes felt a bit high, but the quality was so good it was hard to complain.

Agréable et accueillant
Pros:

Le personnel, la plage juste face a l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner, l’accès aux vélos

Cons:

L’évacuation de la douche, l’eau se propageait dans la salle de bain.
La piscine dans la chambre, pas couverte donc sale, il fallait demander à ce qu’elle soit remplie si on souhaitait se baigner

Adequate stay.
Pros:

It was clean, rooms were large, and it has a nice view. The food and the service were excellent

Cons:

Located to far from the restaurant and club strip in the hotel zone. Its main attraction, the beach, was unusable due to sargassum, so, the place shut down at 8 pm every night. Nothing to do, except lounging by the pool.
