Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and maintained, which made the experience comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and I truly felt well taken care of.

The location is also a big advantage, as it’s conveniently situated close to everything you might need. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

L’emplacement idéal, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 7h AM après un vol de 13 heures. Notre chambre était prête mais si nous voulions y avoir accès il y avait un frais de 30 euros pour un early check-in. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi demander un tel frais alors que la chambre est prête, nous avons beaucoup voyagé et n’avons jamais vu une telle politique. Très ordinaire, ça démontre que la direction préfère le profit et non la satisfaction de ses clients. Le problème vient de la direction et non des très aimables employés de l’accueil.

Aussi nous choisis la chambre lit queen mais nous avons eu un minuscule lit double.

Bardzo ładny pokoik, ostatecznie balkon był bardziej barierką za oknem, ale to ok. Bardzo czysto, obsługa absolutnie świetna. Świetny pomysł zwiększający przyjemność z pobytu to możliwość zamówienia kawki czy herbatki w cenie, to bardzo miłe.
Świetna lokalizacja, 5min spacerem od Błękitne Meczetu i Aya Sofia. Mimo bliskości sxislego centrum jest cicho. Polecam

Wszystko było w porządku, mógłby sie znaleźć w pokoiku jakis mały stolik wlasnie na kawkę, aczkolwiek w pokoju niewiele miejsca. Niemniej jednak wiadomo od początku ze pokój mały, ale na kilka dni wystarczający

A well-run and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Mitspark is meticulously and lovingly operated. We felt the care from staff that made our trip complete.

The decor is modern and well-done. Cute and quaint.

Though the location is great, spaces clean and beautifully decorated, the staff were the best part.

The manager made himself available to attend to us. Front desk staff was helpful and was greatly concerned when we had a transportation problem. I was very impressed when the night desk staff, was just as pleasant and attentive at 4am as he was at 9pm!

Although I came with a companion, I think the staff’s concern would make it an ideal place for solo travelers. They make you feel as if you have someone looking out for you…like family.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. I hated to leave…more days would have been nice. :-)

Pros:

Отель небольшой, расположен рядом с главными достопримечательностями Стамбула. Располагается в 100 метрах от линии ресторанов и чуть глубже от дороги, что создает дополнительный комфорт и тишину. Чисто, ежедневная уборка. Хороший завтрак и дружелюбный персонал.

We were treated as VIP guests in a smart boutique hotel.
Pros:

Mitspark is a lovely, newly refurbished boutique hotel with only 9 rooms. It is in Sultanahmet, within walking distance of the coastline and historical sites. The hotel manager, Mert, and staff are fantastic. They cannot do enough for you. Mert helped to explain how best to get to places, booking taxis, booking an amazing river cruise and even offered to take me to the hospital, which was not ultimately needed. We were treated like VIPs and they made our week-long visit even better to amazing Istanbul. The breakfast was very good - a good start to the day.

The ultimate in personal treatment of guests.

Cons:

There was nothing more we wanted. The hotel, staff, food and service were excellent. Mert was available for most things, most of the day including serving breakfast. We will stay at Mitspark Hotel again, should we return to Istanbul.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre, même si elle est un peu petite. Le personnel est vraiment adorable : charmant, attentif et toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire.

Le petit déjeuner est très riche et varié, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée.

L’emplacement est parfait, à deux pas de **Sainte-Sophie** et de la **Mosquée Bleue**, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement les principaux sites à pied.

Une adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir pour profiter pleinement d’un séjour au cœur de la ville !

Muy cerca de todos los monumentos históricos, Santa Sofía, Cisterna, Mezquita Azul, Palacio Topkapi....A 15 minutos paseando del Gran Baza. Muy bien cominicado con resto ciudad por transporte público: Galata, plaza Taksim, Dolmabahce, ....
