Fantastisch hotel op top locatie. Ruime kamers met uitzicht
Sehr kleines gemütliches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sauberen Zimmern. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick von der Sonnenterrasse.
Breakfast was good, nice selection to suit all. Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Nice restaurant. Free parking.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer war sauber aber etwas klein. Frühstück war auch gut.

On the afternoon of our departure we contacted reception to inform them that all ferries from Bodø had been cancelled due to severe weather and to ask whether a refund would be considered. The response was blunt: “No refund. It’s not our problem.”
We arrived around 4 am in the middle of a violent snowstorm, with near-zero visibility. The key had been left outside, but with no instructions they said they d have sent the day before. A handwritten A4 sheet was barely readable, constantly blown by wind and snow. Only by pure chance did we discover a fire escape at the back of the building that allowed us to get inside.
When we finally reached the room, it was freezing. The window had been left partially open and the heating was completely off. We had no choice but to sleep fully dressed.
Breakfast was advertised as available until 10:00. At exactly 10:00, staff abruptly removed all food while guests were still serving themselves. By 10:03, everything was gone.
At check-out, I explained the issues, hoping for at least some acknowledgement of the situation for their future. The manager reacted in a hostile and aggressive manner, becoming defensive, slamming her fist on the table and ordering us to leave.
This level of aggression, combined with total lack of communication, assistance and basic empathy, is unacceptable anywhere, but particularly serious in an isolated location where common sense, safety awareness and support should be a minimum standard.

You have to tell the guest that if he didn’t come through reception time that he will find the key at specific place and try to check your messages to not miss important call for the gust

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Tide Hotel et c'était vraiment très bien. La chambre était magnifique avec une salle de bain incroyable.
Le personnel est très agréable et souriant.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment génial et très gourmand !!
Beaucoup de randonnées à faire autour de l'hôtel, et bien sûr les villages à visiter sont juste à côté.
Les prix des plats du restaurant de l'hôtel sont un peu trop élevés.
