Very comfortable very central and the room was exceptionally clean and inviting
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the service was great. Just one small thing, there were glasses for water on all the tables but no water. I also couldn’t see any on the bar.

Great place, nice meals, nice staff

Cons:

I had my phone and computer plugged in to a double socket to charge, woke up in the morning and they were both flat, and yes the switches were on but no power.

It’s a very friendly relaxing and comfortable place to stay stay.
Pros:

It has plenty of car parks, a welcoming reception and restaurant team, comfortable spacious rooms, and quiet at night, and close to the mall and the greater shopping centre.

Great location and staff.
Pros:

Receptionist Debra was really friendly and helpful.
The property had free parking and just a couple of minutes walk across the road to Westfield mall.

Cons:

I didn’t dislike anything really as I could see that the rooms are under going a revamp.

Highly Recommended
Pros:

Comfy king size bed. Great shower. Good size room. Friendly staff. They checked us in early. Close to Queensgate shops and supermarket. Restaurant on site serves excellent food.
