A must stay in Cagliari
Pros:

First the staff. Absolutely the most kind and caring support for their guests. We had planned to stay at this hotel for 3 days but a cycling accident interrupted our trip and resulted in emergent surgery for my husband. Our time in Cagliari was reduced to one night before our flight as surgery was done an hour away in Oristano. My husband was still in much pain, and on crutches but the staff was 100% supportive, kind, and did everything possible to help make our short stay worthwhile. The only disappointment was the restaurant being closed that night as going out to eat was not possible. We hope to return to Sardinia to complete our exploration of the island another time and this will be our first stop. A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff. It was nurturing at a time desperately needed. The history of the hotel is so well preserved yet updated. It is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The old elevator is charming.

Cons:

That we didn't get to spend more time in good health to fully experience all this beautiful hotel has to offer.

Great location and amazing rooms
Pros:

From the very outset, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. We were arriving in Cagliari early, and as the people before us had checked out early, they made sure that the room was ready for us to check in when we arrived. Our room was stunning. The studio was on the 3rd floor with amazing views of the square outside the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a great location in the centre of town at the bottom of the old town.

Un charme romantique au cœur de Cagliari
Pros:

Un palazzo (encore plus ancien que l'année affichée) superbement restauré en 2024 au cœur de la cité haute. Une chambre incroyable : spacieuse et moderne tout en conservant les beaux éléments d'origine, presque un petit appartement. Que l'on ne voudrait plus quitter... De belles salles pleines de surprises... Un ascenseur d'époque qui se moque bien des normes modernes... Petit-déjeuner à la carte dans une ambiance de café au pied du palazzo. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Parking public à proximité. Un lieu vraiment exceptionnel. Je le recommande.
