a great place to stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was great; the waiters were very attentive and offered eggs cooked in a variety of ways; my favourite was the scrambled eggs on bread. The buffet consisted of a wide variety of mostly curries, as well as fruit, coffee, tea and fruit smoothies. Nice room and convenient location. They offer laundry services.

It is not a 4 star hotel.its 3star
Pros:

The corridors are well carpeted and gives the look of 4 star hotel

Cons:

The rooms are very small. Sides of the room are not cleaned properly. The shore pipe probably had black fungus and needed thorow cleaning

Pros:

The restaurant was excellent with great food both at dinner and breakfast. Enjoyed sitting on the roof top for our meals. Nice locations, just off the main road.

Pros:

Location good, off a main thoroughfare, Rajpur road. Good restaurants around. Breakfast so-so.

Cons:

Didn't appreciate the email messages before our stay. Confusing messages about paying upfront, when the payment is guaranteed through booking.com.

Pros:

We were a family of 5 with 3 rooms booked and all three rooms were completely devoid of windows and natural light. It was extraordinarily bad and our booking had not said anything to this effect. Otherwise the hotel was acceptable but this made the rooms really hard to be in.
