Nice hotel with great potential
Pros:

The rooms are very large and spacious, well furnished and comfortable. There is a separate seating area with a sofa which makes a nice place for relaxing or eating a meal in comfort.

Although the hotel is on a main road, the room had good sound insulation and there was hardly any sound of traffic.

Breakfast is included but service only begins at 7am which may be late for some people who need to leave for work early (like myself).

Cons:

The wifi was very slow and at times unusable, even for checking email.

The hot water in the bathroom was not working and despite informing the front desk regularly, was only fixed after 4 days and even then, it was just "warm" and not "hot". I was given the room even though the receptionist knew there was a problem with the hot water and I was not informed at the time of checking in. I can appreciate that maintenance issues can occur but taking 4 days to fix a basic requirement like hot water is excessive.

The shower fixtures are also in a bad state and rusted. Everything works fine, it just looks old and shabby.
