This place is adorable. The concept is so unique. I love that it’s 21 and over. Love that the pool and hot tub are 24 hours. REALLY love the personal tubs at the campers! Everything about this gem is well thought out and charming. I did love that there were no TV’s in the campers also. Do NOT hesitate to book your stay here. We were already plotting our next stay as we were checking out!!

It is a great concept. Super fun and really feels like glamping.

Avoid this hotel—total waste of money.

My wife and I stayed here from May 3 to 4, and it was a terrible experience. A sprinkler burst outside our door, spraying water directly at it, and the door lock stopped working. We waited over an hour outside at midnight while staff tried to fix it. As a result, my wife caught a cold and our plans were ruined.

At checkout, I asked for a full refund. Staff said the manager (Paola) would call me, but she never did. I called multiple times—no answer. When I used my wife’s phone, they picked up immediately, suggesting they blocked my number. They later claimed they spoke to me (they didn’t) and offered only 25% back, without any discussion.

This hotel avoids responsibility, lies to guests, and handles issues unprofessionally. Do not stay here.

Really great stay and decorated beautifully! I didn’t get to use the outdoor tub because the wind in Desert Hot Springs is pretty strong. But the indoor tub was wonderful.

I loved my stay! Very adorable idea & the remodels are amazing! It's just unfortunate to be in Desert Hot Springs--terrible food options & shady people. There were 4 cop cars on the street one morning & I heard sirens often. You just have to drive to Palm Springs for food & entertainment!

The camper was adorable and spotless!! The staff was lovely!! The only thing that was off was the water temperature for my private soaking tub. It was barely warm, so I wasn’t able to have a private soak, which is the main reason I booked this location. The staff assured me that this was not the norm and would have the engineer check the issue. Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 night and it was almost 10pm when I tried my soak, staff isn’t available at that hour. And I told the staff as I was checking out, so my timing was just off.

Amazing stay while at AmDocs Palm Springs Film Festival. We love campers and trailers, especially Rockets and Airstreams so discovering this right across from freeway 10 was win win for us. The pool, the tub/ jacuzzi and the private soaking tub were great. Excellent service. It’s good for a getaway for couples and it does offer corporate and private events. Looking forward to coming back!

The provate spa was the best. My body and skin felt good and relaxed

If you are looking for a unique experience, you are going to love it. It's a brand new space. The RVs are all different, so check the photos to see if you prefer a table inside or a bathtub or other amenities. The outdoor pool and big jacuzzi are great. We are definitely returning.

If you want to experience a great campervan accommodation trip, don't miss Acres Landing. The reception staff is very kind and the facilities are well-equipped with swimming pools and hot tubs. My husband and I had a great stay!

Efficient check-in process. A distinctive experience ideal for couples. An exceptionally peaceful and serene atmosphere. Safe and secure parking is provided. Numerous dining options and grocery stores are in close proximity. The room features a tub, along with an additional private tub nearby. The pool is accessible around the clock. Guests are respectful of one another's privacy. Fast check-out service is available.

Great couples getaway for the weekend! The trailer and the property were impeccably clean and the pools were open 24hrs.

This was so cute to stay in and very unique. Bed was very comfortable, amenities were very nice to have supplied as well. Property was well maintained and very clean. I appreciated being able to check in via messaging too since I was running late and wouldn’t make the office hours by 6pm. They messaged me the codes needed for get in the gate, the pool area and my trailer. If I had to complain about anything it would be the hot water/coffee pot had dark spots on the inside which I couldn’t tell if it was mold or just discoloration, so I did not use it. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Amazing! I wish we would have stayed for more than just one night. The accommodations were modern and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were brand new!! We also took a bath in the tub that is located right outside, very private and relaxing!

We took a chance on staying here and we will be recommending this to our friends :-)
