Cozy, relaxing, with very accomodating staff.
Pros:

The place feels cozy, from the lounge, which provides complimentary infused water, kahwah and dates, to the rooms, you will get the proper rest you need. They provide the basic commodities and the room given to us is pwd friendly which is nice and thoughtful.

Cons:

You have to be extra vigilant in the pool area when swimming with kids, there is no kiddie pool. But other than that the pool is heated and relaxing in the cool night.

Pros:

Old hotel and old rooms but decently maintained & cleaned
Nice rooftop bar and restaurant
Short walk to two local malls BUT along a busy road with no sidewalk

Cons:

Room safe was locked closed on arrival. Asked three times but nobody came to resolve
Sink drain blocked
Fridge not working
TV not working (maybe remote)
Terrible room facing inwards to glass fronted lift. No daylight and needed to keep curtains closed to stop people looking in from lift
Dark lobby for breakfast and evening cafe / restaurant

Avoid this place at all costs if you actually want to sleep.
Pros:

Pool area on roof although pool was too cold to use.

Cons:

The hotel has a nightclub directly under it. The entrance was directly under my room. The club opened at 10pm and my room was actually vibrating with the music. I ended up moving rooms at midnight but it wasn’t much better. Staff were very unhelpful. I also booked a head massage and turned up to be told I was getting a foot massage as the head massage lady was on vacation. It wasn’t even a foot massage, it was a leg massage that I wasn’t expecting so wasn’t dressed for. Lastly I went for breakfast after little sleep to be told I didn’t have breakfast included. I said I did and was made to find proof which I did. She then still phoned to check. Apparently when I moved rooms they didn’t add my breakfast. I shouldn’t have had to argue for a breakfast I had paid for. Breakfast was then really poor. Overall an awful stay to hotel I will never return to.

Hotel jest już wiekowy ale w dalszym ciągu utrzymany w dobrym standardzie, miła obsługa , dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Karty do pokoi w starym "magnetycznym" standardzie , telefon rozmagnetyzowywał je po 5 sekundach , codziennie wymiana karty

- Frühstück war ok, Mischung aus internationalen und lokalen Essen
- Relativ sauberes Hotel im allgemeinen

Cons:

- Internetverbindung über Wlan war schlecht
- Unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer
- Rooftop mit Pool war keine Entspannung da es wegen der Hauptstraße nebenan sehr laut war
- BBQ-Buffet war echt teuer für die geringe Auswahl und den unspektakulären Geschmack

There are hostels better than this place, don't waste your money
Pros:

I did not pay much die to a deal on Booking. According to the hotel the normal rate is almost 300 euros per night which is ridiculous!
The hotel is close by big shopping centre but there is not pavement or a crossing so you have to navigate a regular road the cars use. The area around hotel looks abandoned.
Sauna is available but very cold and you have to be dressed!

Cons:

This hotel is stuck in the 90s. Very old room decor, pool area is able to accommodate 9 people (only 9 beds available) but the hotel is located next to high way so it is very loud and ugly. I ordered food twice (burger, beef stew) and they were very bad despite being sold as specialties. I also tried breakfast once but it was not good as well. There is no way to connect USB-C devices with a cable alone. You need USB A. The terrace seating was dirty. The water pressure in the shower almost non existing. Very cheap cosmetics provided. It is hard to believe that this is Golden Tulip. There are starving cats outside and nobody is taking care of them. Please feed them if you book this place.
