Pros:

嬉野温泉全体をみると、高級旅館か大きなホテルかシブい旅館となるが、ここはオシャレカジュアル志向。女性1人でも安心して宿泊できます。週末料金がもう少し抑えられると良いのだけど。温泉の泉質は最高で、ヌメヌメした泉質は言わずもがな、長年上がらなかった五十肩が良くなったのには驚いた。

A hotel with a very poor experience.
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. Although the room was decent and the private hot spring acceptable, several issues overshadowed our stay.

The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with only plain rice and a few side dishes that lacked flavor.

A particularly alarming incident occurred on April 1st at 2:00 PM when a staff member attempted to enter our room without knocking. Thankfully, we had locked the security latch, but it raises serious concerns about privacy. The hotel claims that rooms are not cleaned for stays of less than three days, so this behavior is unacceptable. There was no apology afterward.

Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a proper front desk; the entrance is shared with a coffee shop, and the staff's poor English made communication frustrating.

Given these experiences, we will not be returning. The lack of customer service and respect for privacy was disappointing, and I question the safety of our belongings.

お茶のサービスに感銘を受けた。手揉み生茶や、自分でブレンドするお茶はワクワクしたし、美味しかったです！ウェルカム軽食やアイスが食べれるのも満足度高い。また是非泊まりたい！

今どきの宿…
Pros:

新しい宿で建物も部屋もキレイです。部屋にトイレはありますがお風呂は一階に大浴場があります。お湯は少しトロミがあって肌がツルツルします。
お茶が有名な嬉野。茶葉をブレンドして飲む事ができますが、部屋に無くてフロアの一角にお茶のコーナーがあり、そちらに取りに行かないといけません。
ちょっと面倒…。
お部屋の急須は持ち手がないタイプでステキなんですが、いれる時熱いです。
歯ブラシなどのアメニティは必要な分だけ二階のコーナーに取りに行きます。
スリッパはバブーシュみたいな使い捨てではないタイプでした。
素足では履けなかったです。
パジャマは無く浴衣でしたよ。
浴衣が苦手な方はパジャマ持参が良いかもです。
朝食は美味しかったけど、コーヒーやジュースはお代わりはできなくて…。
二杯目は有料だって…。
ご飯のおかずも少し物足りなかったです。
（ご飯のお供が欲しかった。）
いろいろ思いましたが、お部屋がキレイで、ゆっくりくつろぐ事ができました。

スタンダードツインで和室の部屋に朝食付きで連泊しました。
部屋は綺麗でとても良かった！
部屋にはお風呂はなく1階の大浴場か宿泊1泊に付き1度貸切風呂（４０分）が出来た。
予約はチェックイン後に部屋の電話で予約をする方式だった。
朝食を2日間食べたが健康的なお食事で2日間同じものが出た。(日によって少し量が違った(最後らへんのお客だったからかも？))
