Es war praktisch, aber wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, wenn man zum Flughafen möchte. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber ausreichend für eine, max. zwei Nächte.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr überheblich und unfreundlich. Die Pagen am Concierge Thresen machen sich laut über Gäste lustig, die 5! Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar ignorieren Gäste, die etwas bestellen möchten. Wir kamen sehr spät, waren die einzigen, die eingecheckt haben, trotzdem stand unser Gepäck über 30 Minuten in der Lobby und drei Hotelpagen haben sich gelangweilt. Gegessen haben wir im Solaire - hier super nettes Personal, leckeres Essen, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Very convenient stay between flights.
Pros:

For a night in between flights quite convenient and comfortable. Big breakfast.
Be aware not to pay too much for a taxi from the airport.

Our first experience at this hotel was wonderful, and we made sure to request a late check-out before booking again for our return trip, as we had to stay an extra night in Manila.

As soon as we arrived, we told the receptionist, who told us to call in the morning, which was annoying because we didn't know until the last minute whether we would be able to stay there or not until our flight. I called early and was told it wasn't possible. I asked why and was sent to the reception desk, where I was charged for the late check-out without any problems. I don't understand why they don't hire people who can speak English well. Communication is minimal, and they just want you to leave so they can attend to the next person.

We booked two massages because it was our last day in Manila, and it turns out that despite what it says here, the place DOES NOT HAVE A SPA, so we ended up having the massage in our room because we had already paid for it, with two ladies on top of us in our beds massaging us.
Very strange and uncomfortable. This hotel is a waste of money. There are better options, especially if you need help because no one will help you at all.

Good location close to airport for overnight stay. Fabulous breakfast and all the comforts you need with friendly staff.
Pros:

Large hotel but very few people dining or in the bar. Pleasant restaurant and good menu. Followed our request for a high room and also have us one with a view. Breakfast was amazing with vast choice!

Cons:

The lighting in the bar was very bright and not welcoming. The smaller restaurant was quite cold, but we were the only ones in there.

Sportschool zag er goed uit, kamers ook in orde, schoon. Verder oogt het massaal en wat gedateerd. Ontbijt konden we ter plekke bijboeken voor 20 euro per persoon.

Cons:

Mooie zwembad op de foto’s op Booking heb ik niet gezien. Alleen een oud zwembad tussen de betonnen gebouwen in.

Pros:

Large international range of choices however with the hotel being so large and the cafe area so large obtaining some items was hit and miss and hot items (other than egg station) were usually cold. Tea was awful as it was brewed in a large urn type and adding hot water did not improve the taste. Stick to the brewed coffee albeit also hit and miss.
Location was ok in proximity to airport however not much around the hotel such as bars and restraunts.

Cons:

Breakfast. No room in lobby most of the day as large groups were either arriving or departing and often occupied seating in bar area whilst waiting.

Free airport shuttle, quick check-in. Lovely pool, steam room & sauna. Bar next to the pool offering reasonable priced drinks & food. 7-11 close by.

Cons:

Too many kids in the pool area from 7am. However most were gone by around midday & only started to come back from around 3pm. No mini bar. No charge back to the room so you need either your cash or card with you at the pool area & bar, cafe & restaurant in the lobby. Fridge in room isn’t very cold.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer das mit einer Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer gehört hat und es war sehr laut von nebenan - auch die Feueralarmleuchte blitzte in der Nacht immer am Zimmerhimmel! Ungute Stimmung…
