החדר היה גדול עם מרפסת גדולה, כל יום מילאו לנו סבונים מברשות שיניים

הריח מהשירותים ומהמלון עצמו היה נוראי ומזעזע לא היה ניתן להיות בחדר למזלינו לא היינו כל היום בחדר אז ככה שלא הרגשנו אבל שכן היינו בחדר זה היה נורא. דיברנו כמה פעמים עם צוות המלון על הנושא ורק ביום האחרון נתנו "פיצוי" שנוכל להשאר עד 16:30 במקום השעה הרגילה.
בנוסף בריכה לא הייתה מחוממת בכלל ממש היה מאכזב וגם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה מאוד וגם שביקשנו להביא עוד דברים שנגמרו נעננו בשלילות.

Персонал этого отеля выше всех похвал что я могу придумать, персонал это сердце этого место просто огромное спасибо !!!!

Cons:

Местоположение не самое лучшее, может изо того что мы приехали когда в тбилиси выпал снег, отель на горе чтоб сойти в центр надо пройти спуск очень скользкий, но это можно заменить такси ))

Мы очень надеялись на бассейн, но вода оказалась прохладной, даже то что в помещении было тепло нам не помогло(( Даже после уборки, пол был грязный

La migliore struttura a Tbilisi! L'albergo più pulito della città. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
Pros:

La struttura con spazi ampi, dalla hall alle camere. Il personale cordiale, gentile, attento ai minimi dettagli e professionale. La pulizia dappertutto, non solo nelle camere ma anche in tutta la struttura. La posizione vicina al centro.
