Eigentlich nichts da die Zimmern dreckig sind nicht gewischt war

Location was great but taking a shower was difficult. I would come again for the view but hope they fix water showers

Breakfast was bad with all stars
No coffee, only tea and most of the times no glasses
No water
No juices
Food very limited

Water in bathroom was not good , either very cold or very hot. Mixer do not work -10

Pros:

في الاستقبال البنت الليبية تتكلم العربية بطلاقة اقرب الى اللكنة السعودية في قمة الذوق استقبال وخدمة الضيوف في اي طلب والابتسامة لا تفارق محياها.
نضافة مرافق الفندق والغرف والسرير مريح
الاطلالة من الشرفة خرافية عند الغروب وبعد الفجر جميلة جدا.
التكييف سبليت تبريد وتحكم جيد

في بعض الايام الكهرباء تنطفئ من وقت الى آخر ويعاد تشغيلها حالا وتتاخر بعض الوقت احيانا ولكن ليس لها تاثير على درجة حرارة الغرفة الجو الخارجي يساعد.
المطعم كبير وجميل ومؤثث بجوده عاليه ولكن لا يوجد تقديم وجبات في كل وقت تحتاج ولا يوجد كافيه
الفطور مكرر ومتواضع جدا اجبان ومربى وزيتون وبيض مفوح وبعض المقليات المحدودة جدا وشاي لا يتناسب مع حجم الفندق وفخامته

في قلب الطبيعه

لكن يحتاج لبعض الاضافات للخصوصيه

كما انه يحتاج لبعض المرافق

يحتاج الي بعض الاضافات لتكون الغرفه مستقله للعائلات

يحتاج لمطبخ لبعد المكان عن المدينه
يحتاج لمطعم او مطبخ لتقديم الغداء
ينصح للذهاب للمكان بوجود سياره بدون سياره صعب لحد ما

The location is less than 30 minutes to Trabzon center. Clean and good view. Air conditioning is available and proper. Easy access to the hotel and decent roads

Cons:

Laundry services are not available.
The breakfast starts from 9 AM which is late since the sun rises around 5.
The restaurant closes at 5 pm which is very early.

Presque parfait.
Pros:

Les chambres sont neuves et la literie confortable.
La vue depuis la chambre est géniale.

Cons:

Finition dans les chambres : manqués de lumière malgré les branchements existants.
Il nous manquait des serviettes pour une suite de 5 personnes, il a fallu appeler 3 fois.

Понравилось все. Прекрасный отель. Прекрасный персонал. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Красивая вилла. Вида на горы. Завтрак-все отлично

мы были не готовы к тому, что отель так высоко:( мы жители равнины и для нас такой серпантин (дорога к отелю) очень сложен.
