Relaxing and BEAUTIFUL stay for our family in Bacalar - qiet and very nicely located.
Pros:

The staff - family owner - works a great deal to make his guest feel very comfortable and happy. The place is well taken care of. We truly enjoyed the little place of peace that he created inside: the tables, plants, lounging chairs... We enjoyed talking our breakfast / meals there outside.
Our room was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed our time, felt very relaxing. We also we're able to park our car there no pb. Good internet. It's also very nicely located - on the only roads with good pavements to walk to the center (which is just a digestive walk away). There's also an OXXO close by to get water, and a supermarket.
Absolutely recommend for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay in Bacalar!

Virkelig dejligt sted
Pros:

Værten er virkelig sød, og stedet er meget hyggeligt og man føler sig godt tilpas - en lille oase.

Cons:

Vandtrykket og temperaturen på vandet er meget uforudsigeligt. Vi havde nogle problemer med airconditionen, dog var værten enormt sød og hjælpsom.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was great, but what stood out the most was how attentive and responsive the staff were. They were always on site, ready to help, and truly went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible stay. We would happily come back.

Mala atención del personal
Pros:

El lugar tiene un precio justo, solo que se encuentra un poco retirado del parque central, y el personal de recepción nunca estaba para atender las necesidades como toallas, o inclusive entregar la habitación, únicamente dejaron la llave puesta en la habitación.

Cons:

No limpiaron bien la habitación pues al entrar al baño detrás de la puerta había ropa húmeda, una playera y un traje de baño, el chico de recepción nunca se encontraba y no había como comunicarse con el, únicamente lo encontré al momento de mi llegada, incluso tuve que dejar la llave en la habitación pues nadie me recibió para el check out aunque espere más de media hora

Cumplió mis expectativas
Pros:

Sin desayuno. Tienes opciones cerca para tomar alimentos. El ambiente de Bacalar es mágico y se puede respirar tranquilidad. El hotel se encuentra en remodelación, pero la habitación bien! Tiene aire acondicionado, agua caliente y estacionamiento.

Cons:

Hay un olor a caño en la recepción desagradable.
