A very relaxing stay in a comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Exceptional breakfast , great location between the coast and the town , very helpful staff and a nice spa area

Cons:

Hard to find fault however Limited sunbeds if you did want to use the pool area , but not really an issue for us as we were out for most of the day .

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. The hotel staff are super friendly and the breakfast is fantastic

The hotel condition was BETTER than expected. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! We (me, my wife and 2 friends) were extremely happy with the rooms, the hotel and the breakfast. Thank you for a great vacation!

Boutique hotel in the middle of the idyllic countryside
Pros:

The hotel is located in the middle of the rice fields with an outstanding view of the surroundings. This location is perfect for those who want to stay away from the mess of the old city of Hoi an, while still being at a walkable distance. The breakfast buffet is superb, one of the best I experience in Vietnam with a mix of european and vietnamese specialties.
The rooms are stylish and large and quiet. The hotel has a Spa with great services.

Cons:

Not much to complain really... at night there might be some mosquitoes around but if you keep the windows closed they won't bother.

Perfect Hoi A stay. Wonderful and Special.
Pros:

The location of Reu is best ever in Hoi An! Perfectly situated in the beautiful and peaceful rice paddies, it is midway between town and the beach with free bicycles and easy Grab grab. The breakfast was amazing and so were the attentive staff. Also, Thuy at the front desk was warm, wonderful, and so helpful. Also, Reu is beautifully and uniquely designed and looks like a Gaudi creation. So lovely. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Truly loved basically everything.
Very weirdly, though, the last morning of our stay, I called down early and asked for more free in-room filtered water and they advised since it was my check-out day, I could use the mini bar or get some at breakfast rather than replenish for me complimentary. It was about 8am and check-out wasn't until noon. Odd!

初めてのベトナムで、初めて訪れた場所がここのホテルでした。写真で見ていた通り、内装が可愛くて景色も素晴らしかったです！そしてなにより、従業員の方全員が最高のおもてなしをしてくださりました！！本当にありがとう！！！その後も他のホテルに泊まりましたが、やっぱりこのホテルが一番良かったですし、ベトナム旅行をより素晴らしいものにしてくれました！友人や家族にもおすすめします！！
