Pros:

Gute Lage , große Räume. Es gab von Anfang an Probleme mit dem Code zum Reinkommen ( Haupteingang).
Wenn man im Winter 30min davorsteht nachts und keinen ans Telefon bekommt weil die Tür mit dem "richtigen" code nicht aufgeht ist kein Geschenk ! Personal bemüht und freundlich aber zum die am ersten Tag bestellten Kleiderbügel ( es waren nur 4 da für 2 Personen ) kamen erst 4 Tage später wo sie nicht mehr gebraucht wurden. Ansonsten Preis Leistungsverhätniss aber gut und fair!
Vieleicht gibts ja 'nen Gutschein oder so fürs nächste mal ;-). Würde es auch wieder buchen und 2te Chance geben weil diem Leute am Telefon immer nett und bemüht wanren zu helfen , auch wenns nicht immer geklappt hat .

Due passi dalla metro, giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo
Pros:

La posizione, a pochi passi dalla metro ben collegata, dalla Stazione centrale di Berlino dista 40 minuti con un paio di cambi, ma assolutamente non faticoso. L'appartamento è abbastanza accogliente, spazioso, cabina doccia, nonostante i binari del treno vicini di notte non si è sentito nulla (sirene a parte). Colazione con tè o capsule di caffè, decenti tutto sommato. Tutto automatizzato l'ingresso, dalla porta all'ascensore, bisogna assolutamente avere una connessione internet o diventa tragico accedere.

Cons:

L'orario del check-in, assolutamente, le 15 è davvero un orario che ti taglia la giornata in due, specie se arrivi a Berlino la mattina. Se chiedi di accedere prima, ti costa 10 Euro in più' per ogni ora di anticipo. Basterebbe uniformarsi alla maggior parte degli hotel europei, check-in alle 12, check-out alle 10. 4 ore per pulire una camera e un bagno francamente sembrano troppe.
Il dispenser del sapone in bagno era vuoto, e mancavano i cucchiaini almeno per girare un po' il caffè. Piccole cose, ma che se mancano fanno sentire la differenza, sicuramente miglioreranno in futuro!

Cons:

Der Zugang ist rein elektronisch und das hat bei mir nur bedingt gut geklappt. Beim Einchecken hatte man mir noch nicht die Appartementnr. mit geteilt. Ein zufällig anwesender Mitarbeiter hat das für mich regeln können. Am zweiten Abend stand ich vor verschlossener Tür und hatte keinen Code, um die Eingangstür zu öffnen. Glücklicherweise kamen Hausgäste, die Tür wurde von innen geöffnet und ich konnte zu meinem Appartement. Den Stress (komm ich in mein Zimmer oder nicht?) würde ich mir ehrlich gesagt nicht noch einmal antun.

soggiorno comodo e funzionale

stanza molto pulita, letto comodo, il riscaldamento funziona bene, già fornito di asciugamani, sapone mani e doccia, utensili per pulire. stanza essenziale ma con finestre ampie e grandi tende. edificio accessibile facilmente dal telefono con la piattaforma fornita al check in.
